can someone explain to me the correct way to run.... because when i sprint some limes my legs strectch out to far making me slow ... and sometimes i my legs land under me which makes me fast can someone explain the correct way how to sprint??

there is no correct way to sprint but the most effective way to sprint is actually very complex.
I have been a sprinter for many years now and i cant go into every detail but i will give you a few tips on the major points.
1) Make sure that your knees are driving high. you want a cycling action.
2) Dont lean back. Especially the first 40 metres. lean forward even.
3) Pump your arms really hard. this gives you extra force going forward.
4) Try not to tense up your upper body. Keeping relaxed as much as possible especially around the neck and face area. but this is more important for running longer distances such as 80 metres or longer. Not really necessary for football.
If you want to see good running action, youtube Ato Boldon. Probably the best running action ever.

I think to run or get back into position the best way is to look 15 metres ahead of you at a spot so youre leaning forward. Then as you run land on your heel each step and roll down your foot and spring off your toes. Thats how you would run a marathon. Thats how i run my warm up laps becuase i find it is less energy consuming for some reason. Its like you calves do most the work.

omg i lost my speed!! i was fast now im slow i forgot how to run lol probably because I got fat last summer but now I lost the weight.How do I run fast again?

I used to burn guys easily, on counterattacks I would have defenders fall on their heels trying to catch up to me but now for some reason its gone, Im not as fast as I was and the defenders in my league now can hold me off.
Ive been told Ive got near perfect technique when running too...

my coach says focus your energy on your legs pushing striaght forward and try to keep your legs in line with your shoulders
