He seems to have the recurrence of the depression desease which forced him out for 6 months last year. He just asked Magath to go home before the match against Juve tomorrow.

Damn luck, i think Bayern will be crushed by Juve tomorrow as the team moral is not good. dry.gif

Apparently he's returned to the clinic he was going to.

Poor guy, you don't really know what brought it on, but perhaps the pressure of emerging as Germany's great hope, at a time when there were so few other German prospects, was just too much for him?

There was a nice article on him in World Soccer magazine a month or two back, where it seemed he was back and raring to go. Its a real shame for the guy, he could have had the world at his feet as he was shaping up to become a genuine world beater. I hope he can get over this once and for all.

I read that too. Like you say, he seemed to be on top of it.

That's what I thought as well. Maybe he just went back because he thinks it's coming back and he wants to treat it early.
And yes, when he was at Hertha Berlin, he was treated like the messiah of German football. There were tons of pressure on him. That was the lowest point for Germany, so the fans were desperate.
