WBA Leaked Kits-
New Norway national shirt and crestThe Norwegian FA was the target for massive criticism after presenting the new shirt for the Norwegian national team. The shirt is produced by Umbro, and will most likely be worn from 2008-2010.
The thing that has caused all the uproar is the fact that the Norwegian FA (NFF) has chosen to abandon the use of the Norwegian flag on the shirts. Norway’s national heroes has been playing with the flag on the chest since the 1920s, and the decision to use the newly designed crest containing the NFF logo and a dragon (obviously based on old norse carvings found on viking ships and stave churches) has unleashed the anger of Norwegian football fans.

Head of NFF, karen Espelund, states that only 7 of the 50 best national teams uses their respective flags on their shirts, and Norway has been the only ones to use the flag exclusively. Only time will tell wether or not that should be enough to remove a tradition some 70-80 years long, as fans already threaten to refuse to buy the shirts until the flag has been restored.

i dispute that, kits have had capital letters on them for years and no commentators/fans/whoever have had issues with the fact that theyre upper case

That's not as bad as the majority of fans in the pub i was in shouting "Come on Giggs!!" when Ronaldo had the ball. And yes, this was even before Giggs had even been put on!!

Anyone notice Lampard got called Redknapp on one occassion? Haha a bit weird but i think lower case lettering is worse. A more legiable font in upper case would of been better. Not that i had a problem with the previous tbh.
Anyways, anyone got any news on what the Ajax shirt looks like with their new sponsor? I remember someone mentioning it a while back but no pictures were available.

I dont think letter readability even matters. I mean you cant read most of those names no matter where you are but as long as you can see the number its fine. Most announcers have a computer in front of them and they look off of that.
For Giggs cheering, i think that was to put him on. You know to beat Sir Bobby's record.

Rochdale Wembley 2008 Nike football shirt QUOTE

To mark Rochdale AFC's first ever trip to Wemley the club have commissioned a small quantity of commemorative home shirts.
Bearing the same inscription as those worn by the players on the big day, the club shop is expecting delivery on Friday in time for Monday's visit to the home of football.
Rochdale Football Club asked their kit supplier Nike to make as many replica Rochdale shirts as they can.
Over the past week, the entire stock of shirts has been snapped up by fans, who flocked to the club shop – the only outlet in Rochdale which sells them – to make sure they had them in time for Monday’s match at Wembley.
Club chiefs haven’t put a limit on their latest order and have asked the manufactures simply to provide as many as they can make.
The remaining shirts which went on sale on Friday morning were expected to sell out immediately.
Club media officer Mike Brookes is urging fans who have been unable to buy an official shirt to steer clear of touts selling counterfeit replica shirts outside Wembley.
Mr Brookes said: "We’ve had a massive rush."
"I’d advise people to be careful and only buy the quality shirts from the club and to avoid the hawkers outside Wembley, selling lesser quality shirts.
Prices for the Wembley shirt are the same at GBP 39.95 for adults and GBP 29.95 for junior sizes.

Their first international match as Israel was against USA where they lost 3-1. Israel also made a World Cup appearance in 1970.
Very similar to the Ireland crest......I like how the Star of David is incorporated into the sphere though.
