Well, Juventus lost 2-1. Iaquinta scored towards the end of the game, I don't know what went wrong, hopefully someone that watched the game can explain. Must have been a poor performance though.

Having watched only the second half I'd say our player were walking, with long hopeful passes up front. If not for smart quickly taken ADP free kick, we would not have scored that single goal. Tiago and Almiron, Marchioni, Salihamidzic, Palladino and Bellardi (our reserve keeper) didn't eve show up for this game.
If to judge players ability based on this game I would cut all of those players form Juve roster.
Oh yeah, every time Giovinico touched the ball he was fouled. Reminds me some one named Del Piero back in his glory days.

Well, the other clubs have played it out as well, and both Roma and Milan fell to their opponents, 3-1 and 1-2 respectively. Inter, however, took out Reggina convincingly away from home. With the lack of European football occupying Juve's season at the moment, does the Coppa gain any more importance?
Juve.

Coppa has never been important for Juventus. We use it to test out young guns and give second chance to players who flopped in Serie A.
When was the last time we won this cup? '94?
