2. Back in December i posted a thread asking for some zhero gravity's, and PCarbuncle offered them to me for £50. He said he lived in USA and the boots have never showed up and he claims they have got lost in the post, he offered to send out another pair if i payed another £15 shipping fees, i wasn't about to give him anymore money though because he had no proof he'd posted them before. Anyway he's not responded to any emails or anything since. I guess i was extremely nieve but hey. I searched his email adress and he seems to sell a lot of boots on other forums, so i suggest never doing business with this member. Is there any way i can get my money back? i paid him by paypal and wond a dispute but wasn't covered. Is the money gone for good?

   As soon as I paid him, I found out that
   the shoes look used in the picture he posted, while he said they are new.
   I thought he was a fraudulent right away and msg'd him to refund me back.
   He refused and stopped communication from that point.
   I reported this to Paypal believing that they will help me out to get the money back.
   I opened the dispute and escalated to claim.
   Now Paypal ended this claim in my favor, HOWEVER,
   they are saying they can't issue my refund back
   because the seller doesn't have money in his account.
   They also said that I will get money back
   IF the seller happen to put some money back to his account.
   Anyone knows what to do in this situation?
   I never think the seller will put money back to his account
   while he knows the money will be sent to me.
   I feel really bad about Paypal.
   In my cases, everytime the buyer has an issue, they end it up in buyer's favor.
   And everytime I have an issue with the seller, they end up not giving my money back in various way.

   i know hes selling cleats for cheap. i contacted him by email and showed interested. he sent me an invoice via paypal however account type was japanese personal unverified japanese member. i questioned the seller, he told me he's half half and now going to school in calif. he tried his best to ensure me the cleats were authentic and transaction would be legit. later on he even agreed to send me the cleats, i just send him a check or money order after i receive the cleats and am satisified about everything. that was early this month (around dec 5) and i havent heard back from him since despite i emailed him several times asking if the cleats were sent.
   anyway, takagiyoshiaki is DEFINITELY A SUSPICIOUS SELLER. i dont know if anyone else have dealt with him and how things went. if he doesnt come out to clarify everything, i suggest his listings should be deleted. thanks!
