ALEX408
Basically, it's this:
QUOTE
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Please review the Nike return process Terms and Conditions again at
http://www.nike.com/nikebiz/nikebiz.jhtml?page=40. By submitting a
product for inspection you have agreed to all of the Terms and
Conditions described there.

2. Clearly print the address on the package EXACTLY as shown below along
with your return address. Nike R.L.C. 26755 SW 95th Avenue Wilsonville,
Oregon 97070

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please be advised that you must include a return address
on any package sent to our consumer warehouse. In addition, your claim #
must be printed right below the return address. For the safety of our
employees, any package received without a return address and claim # on
the outside of the package will be destroyed and Nike will not replace
the contents of the package.

3. Each item returned must have a Nike claim number. Only one returned
item per claim number is allowed. Items purchased in "pairs" (such as
footwear) must be returned in pairs and are considered 1 item requiring
one claim number. Multiple returned items in a shipping container must
have an equal number of claim numbers.

Example: 2 pairs of footwear must have 2 claim numbers on the outside of
the shipping box. Any discrepancy will result in the entire contents
returned to sender without inspection. Shipments received at any Nike
location without proper claim numbers will be returned to sender without
inspection. Nike is not responsible for misdirected or lost packages or
any actions that result of not following the guidelines provided.

4. Include a brief note with your name, address, phone number, claim #
*****, and a description of the claimed product flaw in the box with the
product.

5. Ship the package with an insured and traceable delivery service. Nike
assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen packages. Hand deliveries
are not accepted. If the product is determined by Nike in its sole
discretion to have a material or workmanship flaw, a Niketown.com
product voucher will be mailed to you with specific redemption
instructions.

At Nike we strive to maintain high standards of quality in all of our
products. We are equally dedicated to providing quality customer
service. We appreciate your business and the opportunity to service you

koolo2

I dont think this is very clear about UK returns for Nike boots NOT bought from Nike.

To return in the UK you need to email something like consumer.affairs.gbr@nikestore.com I think, and tell them your problem, possibly providing pictures as well.
charlie1001
Paul, where did you get that address? I emailed them using both that one and nikeplus.europe@nike.com.

The first time I emailed nikeplus.europe@nike.com they replied with something completely off topic and I think it must have been an error as they called me Mr. Bence-Trower which is defo not me wacko.gif

sofunny.gif We could do with getting this UK Nike returns malarki sorted once and for all, I've got a pair of damaged Vapors I wanna send back. Also, could someone clear this up for me, say I bought my Vapors from PDS, send them back to Nike, get a voucher worth £120, where can I spend that online, just the NikeStore? Also, what about if I had two vouchers, my Lasers are starting to come away at the toes so may consider sending them back too, could I use two vouchers on one purchase, I'm thinking carbon SLs dry.gif
TATE It To The Next Level!
yea, no matter where you bought them you can return them to nike. if nike tells you to check with the store you bought them from, just say they have a "all sales are final" policy. and yes you can use two vouchers on one purchase, its pretty much like a gift card so do with it what you like
57121K312_jc
got my vapor Ks alil over a year ago and the studs are falling off...
TATE It To The Next Level!
those are way to old to send back, they have that "two year from the manufacture date" rule remember
TATE It To The Next Level!
HERE is Australia's info for all of you socceroos!
Redwolf9
Hey guys haven't been here in awhile... but i have sport red vapor 3's and the yellow heel stuff is completely torn apart... I have however been using them for like a year... do you think nike will give something for them?
shaun~94
im new and i was just wondrin if i return my legend 2s would i be able to use the voucher on nikeid ?
TATE It To The Next Level!
yea you can use your voucher only on nike.com so that includes nike id. but make sure something is wrong with your legends before you send them back
Markey.
My Orange vapor IV's have a 1 cm long tear on the lacecover would Nike perhaps accept a return on them?
TATE It To The Next Level!
i would say most likely yes. did they tear on their own or did somebody else do it ?(most likely the case)
but to make sure you will get your boots replaced, you can take a knife and seperate the studs from the outsole a little bit thumbsup.gif

yh the soleplate is starting to come off from the upper
Markey.
The studs are actually starting to separate from the soleplate anyway, so that wont be needed. thumbsup.gif
Oh and they tore on their own.
TATE It To The Next Level!
can one of the mods change the name to just "nike return info" please. ive decided to go global with this one
TATE It To The Next Level!
i'm going to find info adidas and any other brand/region that you guys want. heres return contact info for adidas US

i tried to find the european info, but on adidas.co.uk it said to contact adidas in your respective country for info. its easy, go to the adidas website you usually go to, go to "contact us" down at the bottom, and it will tell you what to do.
LFCMVFC
I found that exact site for australians but im really after an email adress. Maybe somewhere who has had contact before and has an old email adress somewhere.
TATE It To The Next Level!
ill keep tryin for you man
TATE It To The Next Level!
Puma USA customer service. You can change countries easily from this link if you arent American thumbsup.gif

I have some yellow green R9 and the sole is riping off in the circled area down there, ive had them for about 9 months, could i return them, thanks thumbsup.gif

(not a picture of my boots)

crzygrmn
Well, depends how big the rip is, take a pic and post it.
TATE It To The Next Level!
take a knife, and seperate the studs from the outsole. easiest way to make sure that youll get a voucher (if they arent past the manufacture date)
venustianor
i dont have a camera but ill take pics as soon as possible, and i dont know about that knife thing tate, but if thats wat it takes
TATE It To The Next Level!
if the boots are damaged anyways, might as well make sure you get a voucher
Sir Alex's Dynasty
Hey, I sent in a pair of vapors like 4 weeks ago and i got my voucher. Now I wanna send in another pair of my vapors that are in the same shape as the first pair I sent in. Can/should I use the same letter describing the problems or should I write another one? Am I less likely to get another voucher because of the proximity to the previous time I sent them in and because this is my second time?

Thanks.
TATE It To The Next Level!
honestly you dont even need to send a letter with the boots. they inspect them at their facility and decide. as far as the proximity between sending boots back you will be ok because as soon as i got my first voucher, i sent my second pair back. good luck
venustianor
Here it is, so do you guys think theres enough damage

TATE It To The Next Level!
yea man there is easily enough damage. thats how mine looked after i mutilated them with a knife before i sent them back. my only worry is the time limit, those came out almost exactley 2 years ago so i'd hurry
SmoothTT07
Hey I sent my Vapor IVs back to Nike about a week ago and I already got my voucher today and I live in FL, pretty good if you ask me. It sucks though now I have to wait for my new pair.
TATE It To The Next Level!
yea but atleast now you can get the white ones when they come out! or the green if that floats your boat. but just wandering, what was wrong with yours that you sent back? im about to damage mine so i can try to get the white ones haha.
SmoothTT07
My heel wrap was coming away from the heel not much but still somethin

Redwolf9
so is it too late to send back sport red vapor III's?

and I also have a pair of blackout predator absolutes that i like hate... only wore them like twice. anyone know what i can do to get a new one? rip tounge strap? or what?
TATE It To The Next Level!
yellowshoes: i seperated the studs from the outsole and just generally fucked parts of the boot up like the yellow padding and the carbon fiber piece at the bottom of the heel.

redwolf:I think its too late but you shuold try for sure if your boots are already fucked up
Mr._Yellow_Shoes
Do you have pictures? I get what your saying i just want to do it "realistically"
TATE It To The Next Level!
when i was done it looked exactley like that guys ignites on the last page
Realnomis7
Haha my friend gave me his ignites when they had just a little hole. Then I ended up making them like that guys ignites on last page so I sent them in got a voucher and my friend pretty much gave me free pair of orange IVs cause i used his pair to get free IVS.
Also I sent in my lasers today only thing wrong with them is that a lace loop ripped on the left shoe but I wrote a letter of how it bother me cause i cant tie them really tight and they come loose easy so hopefully I get a voucher to get the Ice IVs.

Realnomis, if that works could you write in this thread. I have a pair of my brothers Lasers and they are pretty messed up and I am thinking about sending them in but I am not sure.

Also where do you send the boots for a return, its either Memphis or Wilsonville?
Mr._Yellow_Shoes
Yeah, from now one if you return some boots to get new ones, you should put what you wrote or said to the returns people just to help us out thumbsup.gif
