according to the ledge yes there will be miadidas adipures coming out

wouldnt this be a better fit in the my customised boot thread? i know a few ppl are getting mi adidas preds but not enough for this to survive on its own

There will only be 4 or 5 posts max in this thread and it will die out once everyone has posted pics of their Miadidas. I will let this thread die naturally so we can see how long it will last. Does anyone know when the Miadidas tunit uppers are coming out. Hopefully before June.

I would consider getting them if they were availble to me but I'm def. not going to NY just for a pair of boots.

BTW Nice boots everyone. xcaliba and Leighbo have completely opposite concepts, Whiteout SGs, and Blackout HGs

I didn't go to the shop to get mine as there is only one Mi Adidas store in NZ and it's 700km away. I knew what size I was in Preds from previous pairs, ordered them over the phone from the store, gave them my size and paid with Credit Card. They then couriered them to me when they got to the store

hhmm you kinda missed out on the whole point of mi adidas then

cos they can create them to be tailor made to the shape of ur feet

cos as everyone knows most peoples feet aint the same size

and when i got mine done was able to customize width of the boot and length

trust me mine fit like a slipper shame u missed out on that part of the process

cos i love mine had them on today just a shame the left foot has a rip in the front toe box tho

Yeah, I'm a bit gutted I missed out on that process but I knew that the standard size would also be fine for me. I was more after the custom colour and personalisation and intend to get custom Power Swerves when I next head up to Auckland (where the Mi Adidas store is)

well im sure you will see the difference the next time u get a pair after you go thru the process

im a bit gutted the ps i got aint mi adidas as i had to get them kinda quick, due to the fact that my black abs ripped at the front of the left foot the week b4 the ps came out

Thats not exactly true. They just measure your feet and give you the closest size, whether normal or wide fit. They dont make them to mould to your foot.

bruv wat u talkin bout, the whole point of mi adidas is to have them made the way u want, right?

and they measure ur feet so that each size of the shoe is correct for each foot and then they bring out the size from the store room to try on and see if u wanna change the size of the boot.

mi adidas sound pretty nice if only they had mi nikes id get rid of my regular IV and get one, the boots look pretty sweet tho

but the service is great i have 4 pairs of mi adidas and they fit much better than the standard ones which iv had for years. the colours and personalisation is a bonus for me but the fit and feel is the main reason i go 4 mi adidas.

to clarify they scan ur foot and give u the closes size in length for each foot individually and u can customise how tight u want it at the front, mid and back of the boot as well as other bits and bobs but the fit isnt like down to the mm etc cuz some people like a loose fit and some like a tight fit.

How Much do the Miadidas pwer swerves cost? I know they costed 250 E in the gerMan site. BUt is it less in a adidas store? how Much did u pay for theM?

in australia they are going for $360AU - thats available at the adidas stores in melbourne and sydney

Im gonna go get some fitted on the 1st of July. Im still to decide between Preds and Adipures, does anyone know how much each cost? and how long to they take to deliver?

Oh yeah, Im pretty certain that I'll get FG blackouts, I just dunno whether theyll be Preds or Pures.


So far, Im thinking -

AdiPures are cheaper (+) but theres a blackout colourway coming out later on, so they wouldnt be so special.

I always want to get Preds, every year, but I always get something else (Vapors, then F50s, for the last two years) and end up regretting it.

£170? Are you serious, thats gonna take some saving up for.... I thought they were like £150

i went to harrods and designed some Powerswerves a couple of weeks ago, they were really nice, then he told me they were £160, i didn't like them so much then

at the adidas shop on oxford street they are 170

What boots do they have at the oxford street Adidas? because in Harrods its only Preds, and like i said they are £160, and does anyone know if i bought MiAdidas F50.8 uppers, made to fit my feet, would they fit on my F50.7 chassis?

I dunno about the F50 issue. But the oxford street adidas store has more boots, check miadidas.com for more details, but iirc, they also have Adipures and F50.8's.

at the adidas shop on oxford street they have preds, adipures and f50.8. if you get the upper fitted i doubt they will fit on your chassis but you can get the f50s not fitted tho

I've played in them for a couple of games but I hated the insole so I replaced it with my Mania one but its still uncomfortable. I'll be buying a SOLE insole which should solve the problem because I need some more cushioning. I honestly believe that the vamps on the outstep helps - I tend to hit the ball with the outstep alot but now it seems to get more whip. What do you reckon?

yeah i do agree. it may sound stupid and like i am going along with what nike is saying but i think that this aggressive strike zone is good for curling the ball more and does work. its going to take me a while to get them to fit as nice as my strikes because they fitted perfectly and had really molded to my foot over time.

also i know these didn't come with a bag like the old id's used to so i sent an email to nike saying 'i was dissappointed about this because it was these small trivial issues that made a big differnce in the overall quality of the product, so what are you going to do to remedy this situation?' and i got an email back today and they are sending me a boot/shoe bag lol. it just goes to show if these big coperations think they have annoyed you they will fix it.

the miadidas thread has been about a couple of weeks but i created the nikeiD thread a couple of hours ago but 99oranjeballons thought that it would be better if they were merged, which he did.

Did you choose concial studs for a reason?

Are they closer to lasers or strikes in your opinion?

i might sound annoying asking you all these questions i just want to know alot about these cause im getting some =]

Personally I hate the Conical Soleplate on my Lasers. I just find it doesnt provide any grip or gid into the ground very well, even on wet ground. I think the bladed FG plate would be much better as the configuration looks as if it will provide much better grip due to the angel and shape of the blades.

thanks for the input ive been wearing vapors/talarias/v1's for about 4 years straight now and i thought nikeid's would be sick so i picked my normal balded sole plate but i had the original strikes for a while and i had no problem with the concial but i did feel slightly less grip. P.S-does the strike zone on the customs have the event thingy?
