How come some bayern munich home jerseys from that year have the 3 adidas stripes where as others don't??

they had some kind of special agreement with adidas in the first year they used this kit, i can' t remember what it was. some celebration of historical relevance? no idea! anyway, they put on the teamgeist logo, the regular 3 star badge and 3 adidas stripes from 06/07 on
