i recently placed a order for the new away kit for United. It still hasn't been shipped after 3 days. is it still in pre order status?

As the other reply says there are many places you are certain to get an authentic shirt. Manutd.com is ran by kitbag though and if you go into the store and click on your account and order history you should be able to get a current status of your order. If it says 'in progress' then it is not shipped but being processed. If it says 'charged not shipped' then your card has been charged and it is perparing to be shipped probably in the next 24 hours.

Just to let you know soccer.com or onionbag.com are quite a bit cheaper and being American sotres you'd have gotten the shirt quicker.

i ordered from manutd north american store it ships from North Carolina and i'm about one state away from that state and it's not cheaper if you want it customized which i got it customized.

Virginia IS one state away from NC. Soccer.com also ships from North Carolina and Onion Bag ships from New Jersey, so the postage time would be the same, really.

I plan to order mine from onionbag soon... the thing is... there's an option to add patches... if u order the man utd kit, do they put the champion gold patches on for u? Or do they put the regular white/blue EPL ones?

Another thing is... anyone ever order from them in Canada? I was wondering if they had to pay customs and duties.

Yes they never replied to mine but if you go to the United away's description, they have a banner showing the champion badges, so you'll get the right ones
