hey guys, on the 11th of august i ordered the mercurial SLs and an away, Ryan Giggs, Man U top.
any who, being in australia i selected ups shipping for 12quid. (3-5days)
now i go on and check my status and it says CODE 10 QUERY, and inside the order it says to contact customer services, (i checked on the 12th) so i emailed them, and no responce. so i waited a day and re-checked, still the "code 10 query: so i again email them, and once again no bloody responce. and today (the 14th) i re check, and its the same bloody deal, and kitbag areyet to reply to me, telling me what this code 10 query bullshit is.

anyone have any ideas? because its 250pounds all up, and i have nothing to show for it........

kitbag is well known for the slowness in responding emails..

I bought a pair of Air Legend boots from kitbag.com on Saturday using same shipping (to Perth). They arrived on Thursday. However, it is disturbing that they haven't replied to you.

yeh usually wen i buy off kitbag there are no problems and iv bought things around 6other times, but this time it has no tracking updated and they wiont reply to me either, alli want to know is when ill hav my things by..... lol.....

still no reply from kitbag and its been 6days, all though i thought maybe because the SLs wer due to release on the 15th they were waiting for that, alas no boots or email to tell me wtf is happening.

so i sent them around 10emails, maybe that will get it through ther thick skulls to reply.

btw im in AUS so a call to the UK would be very expensive.

I think they will ship when the order is complete, i mean, when they actually have all the items you are asking for. Otherwise, they would have shipped you the United shirt first, and then the boots, which would be the stupidest thing they can do.

As the boots were released on August 15 (Friday), expect them to dispatch your order on Monday. They don't bother to ship on weekends.

i tried yesterday, time was 11am there, (tradong hours are 10-4 on sunday) and it said the number did not exist, even tho i typed it as it says on the site.

Got an email today, sayin that i was going throguh a "security check" (which i have never had before????) and that ontop of that the SL's arent even released yet, allthough they said shipped by the 16th in my invoice and PDS have the same date, really really dissapointing, im thinking about cancelling my order all together now!

probably because you order in large sum of money.. that's why they need to check on your credit card company 1st, that may take time to complete.

They always do those "Security Checks" before proceed to do any printing and ask the boots/shirts to the retailers. They confirm that all the info that you gave them, match with the bank one; But also they check that your C.C. have enough funds to pay the items. It's a normal process, doesn't matter how much your order cost or how much items are.

well, ive always used my account and the same credit card, and ive never had a security check done.

anyways my order status got updated to : ordering.......... and it says it is not in stock and being processed, all though they are meant to be in stock now !! i only have 3weeks left of my season aswell, i was hoping to use them before the end of the season

so yesterday i got a $60 customs bill in the mail from UPS. how do you pay these? through the bank? send them a cheque?

Honestly, they hardly reply to your emails,in fact only once out of not sure how many times i sent. Your best bet is to call them, but that would cost you a bit on phone bill though. Having said that, i didn't have much problem with the orders though ..

Don't buy from the online Villa store then as they run the online Villa store as well as Celitic, Man U, England and Chelsea. They are a shambles. I don't really like using them but had a voucher code and anothe discount link so used it last week. They stuffed up the order and so far have not fixed it
