After reading some positive reviews from the guys on the this board I decided to make an order from OB even though Im from the UK.
Well I made my order for a pair of Nike Controls but didn't pay attention to the delivery I chose and selected envelope delivery.
I was contacted promptly by a member of onionbag asking whether they should cancel the order or make other arrangements and I asked them if I could just continue the order and pay the difference.
Two days later, no reply..so i e-mailed them reinstating my position...another week or so, no reply still so I tell them to cancel my order...now after another week or two I have up hope of getting my money or my order.
They have failed to contact me in any form and in my eyes are nothing more than scammers tbh...I've had much better customer service from a few 'dodgy' sites selling football kits..be it in broken english but it's better than a wall of silence.
Am I the only one to have such an experience or are OB going wayward?

The problem was you emailed your response to a person that no longer works here. The difference was around 12.00 USD for shipping that you needed to pay extra.

Well thank your quick response and sorting the situation out.
I didn't mean literally that you were scammers just that from the whole situation that had unfolded it felt I might as well had been lining the pockets of my scamming chinese brothers
Anyway, cheers for everything. Hope to do business again...with someone who still works for you preferably!

Yeah, onionbag.com for the win. I've ordered several things from them and not only has it been quick, but the cheapest. I ordered a Messi Barca jersey right before they sold out... but then a week later I got one in the mail! Best site ever.

My own personal experience with the company was hell...Would never order from there again much less recommend it

You might consider implementing e-mail forwarding and out of office auto-replies for mailboxes of people who face the customers :-)
Hard to believe that a person leaving is something that a company cannot sort in a way that does not affect customer satisfaction.

Their products are absolutely top notch but trying communicate with them is a whole another story.
Ian, any way you can find out about the west ham situation with jerseys. I really want a jersey but there current situation is pissing me off with no sponsor. If you have any with the old XL or any from pryor years i could be interested. Thanks a lot.
