Hi

I bought a pair of nike mercurial vapor II's in a size 7 and 8. The 8 are a little loose and a size 7 are tight. But when i take out the insole's in the size 7, they feel much better, maybe a tiny bit tight on the right foot big toe (lol) but im sure they will be ok.

The question is if i take out the insoles in the size 7's then will they mess up my feet? Or would i be ok?

Thanks

I'd imagine it'd be fine - just a little uncomfortable.

Well it all comes down to how it feels to you. If it feels comfy, it is. I think that personally I would find it a good deal on the uncomfortable side but it's your choice.

Seems like you should've bought a 7.5, but you can buy insoles of different thicknesses. Buy thick ones for the 8s or thin ones for the 7

the insoles absorb the major impact and you can get pain by not wearing them and it messes you up and it won't be worth it. Smooth is right that you need insoles
