You could've asked the same question there , and as far as i know you can't delete or lock the topic by yourself .

As for the question , i'd imagine it goes the same way as applying the number and name on a shirt , or you could leave it to professionals in a printing shop , but i'm no expert in this .

Bring the picture to a professional screenprinter... doing it yourself will end in heartbreak. Look up "screenprinting" near your location in Google Maps. Done.
