theyre at the post office, but they sat i have to pay the 19 on top of shipping an all. maybe caus my counbtry(south africa) taxews stuff an all., this sucks. now im paying more for mystics than sum of u guys paid for ur legends!

Yeah, anything over here that needs customs/duty paid has to be collected. I've had charges on all sorts of things (soundcard, tubes for a guitar amp etc.)
