Yeah that did take longer than expected. But oh well, we are running on a newer and much more powerful server, so things should not only be faster but now it shouldn't be crashing all the time either.

I haven't been on soccerpulse like I used to for at least 2 weeks. My computer is messing with me. So even if Sp was up, it would have been useless to me.

But now my SPPPL team might get a few own goals.

This is the only forum i really goto now since of course it's the best

well I'd like to use this topic to take my hat off to all mods and especially admins. This is one hell of a site

But when the entire server is down, or soccerpulse.com points to nothing, how would we put the page up or how would people see it?

Yep and it was on a number of machines so it wasnt as it it was saved in the cache or anything.

Thank God soccerpulse is back up....i was having some sort of problem for the last 2 weeks as soccerpulse.com opened but it said error on page on the bottom left hand side of the explorer and took 5 minutes to open the forum and subsequent pages.............but now it's faster then ever.

The ssue was a dying old server, but we have since fixed that. all should be good now.

it's back... hooray. I had to use bigsoccer for a while there. Not very friendly over there. Much happier to be back over here

No its not just you mate. I've been having the same problem. I don't know what the problem could be though.

It seems tehre were a few processes on teh server running with that didnt die. Should be better now.

This is a smart server. It always seems to know to crash right during the times that neither Shearer nor myself are online so it takes a while for us to realize it and get it back working again.

now thats artificial intelligence.
