Alright, to sum up where I get most of my boots and to explain why I have so many.

White/Gold Abs - payed $200, reward for good grades
Copa Mundials - Christmas present, 2005
Black/Red Abs - Eurosport mistake, $90
Blackout Pulses - payed $210, my own money
Indigo/Silver Pulses - found at outlet store, $60
Gunmetal Pulses - found at outlet store, $60
Silver/Red Pulses - Birthday present, April 2004
Dragon Pulses - payed $200, parent's money
White/Blue Pulses - Christmas present, 2004
Black Vapor K - Eurosport Yard-Sale, $40
Black/Red Manias - Christmas present, 2003
Black/Red Precisions - payed $160
Black/Red Precision TFs - Eurosport Yard-Sale $20

So as you can see, I hardly ever buy my cleats for full price just because I can. They are either a present or bought at a cheaper price. I guess I've lucked up through the years by finding many sales and getting good presents. And I never usually have more than two boots per season until this season that I found the Pulses for only $60 each and then the Abs came out and I could get them.


what do you mean eurosport "yard sale" Ive never seen eirosport sell vapor K's for 40$ . And how do you find out about these "yard sales"

Your second pic looks has the left boot with the logo, the 3rd with the right boot.
Yeah it's def. mirrored for the second pic, even the adidas logo on the black Pulse is flipped.

^^^dude you are right if you look at the boot with the becks logo on it the pred vamp is on the inside of t he foot where it would be on the left boot...

Twice a year, usually in April and October, Eurosport has a yard-sale at a building near their warehouse. They lay a bunch of shoes out on tables sorted by their size and you can just grab what you want. You can usually find great prices there but most of the cleats they have a styles from 6 months to a year earlier.

And his Beckham logo isn't on the wrong foot. His shoes are just on the opposite sides. Its right in the 3rd picture.

well the outlets were in Myrtle Beach, SC and the Yard-Sale is held in Hillsborough, NC (near the Eurosport warehouse). i live in a good place to get soccer cleats

well you live in virgina, so it aint nowhere near you. the warehouse is in east hillsborough, north carolina. i might go to the duke soccer camp, so does ne 1 know if the warehouse is near there?

Yeah, I pass Duke on my way to the warehouse when I go. It is only about 15 - 20 minutes away. However, I doubt that the YardSale will be going on the same week as the camp since the camp is in June or July.

I think he is talking to the Darren guy because he is from Virginia. And actually, the warehouse isn't far from Virginia as that is only one state north of here. Depending on waht part of VA he is from, he is probably less than 2 or 3 hours away.

Ha ha...that is the truth!

I sometimes forget that most of you kids are between 14-16 yrs. young....it kills me to know that you all have 8-12 pairs of boots....and you still want more. Good lord, your parents must be rolling in money, cause this is no cheap hobby. I have been working 30-60 hours a week since I was 16 1/2(I'm 22 now)...and i still was not buying these expensive a$$ boots. Where are these boots going to be when it comes time to buy a car, or pay for college? Save your money...and your parents money for something more durable. (o.k., i'm done with my p.s.a.) thumbsup.gif

OK, im going to be totally honest right now. The ONLY reason why i want to get so many boots it..everyone like Chapleski and Gatewood have so many boots and they are nice and expensive ones and i get jelous os i feel that i have to keep up and get lots of nice boots..which i am trying to do. I guess i wont slow down until they do or something..u know what i mean? Its like i dont want to be left in the dust and have the only crappy boots not have any many or whatever

i understand, sometimes i feel the ssame way, but boots arent everything, i mean 2morrow you could fall and break a leg and boots would be at the bottom of your list of necesities.

Well I've slowed down for the next 12 months. Actually, I've completely stopped for the next 12 months according to a promise I made my dad. No new cleats in the year 2006 unless I absolutely need them. But, I get my driver's license in 2 1/2 months so I'm pretty sure cleats won't be very important to me anymore.

And if it doesn't...then you will go through life comparing what you have, to what others have...and you will never be happy. Ah, you guys are young....live it up...and be proud of what you own. Be different, get the one pair that not many have....not 13 pairs that everybody has.

well they look GREAT. theyre a little stiff so im breaking em in. but the strike is clean and the touch is good. Do they sofen up eventually? im trying to find my digicam right now.

I feel bad adding to the www.onlinepeerpressure.com but what the hell. I finally got a rack to fit all my shoes. including my casual shoes. I wear a lot of indoor shoes for casual wear. Here are all my soccer related (cleats/indoors/turfs) shoes. (minus my black sambas which were on my feet at time of pic.) and before you all ask:
1) Yes they are mine.
2) I have so many because I want so many

and darren....Nice collection. I love X-Boots, and I love wearing indoor shoes as casual shoes. And nobody will get on your case for having alot of boots....it's all about personal preference.
