Im realy getin down too thinking about my boots, as ive had 14months out through injury too my right knee.

The last boots i had were Vapours and befor that Predators.

Im Not sure what too get as my position has changed from an Out and out SC too a Wide Forward or second striker role which i feal alot nmore comfortable in.

I personally realy want too get the Nike Air Legends and woud prefer for as much feedback on that as possible.

But i dont want too make this a questionair thing for a single persons benefit as so many our created and clog up the forum.

So For a Wing Forward or Second striker what boots woud be best?

Personaly i play a pace game cutting in behind defenders but my feet get blisters in vapours cos they dont fit properly cos i have a wide foot.

So is the Air Legend too heavy?

Ive heard ther comfy from reading other posts but nothing on the wieght. And woud they be any good for some 1 who plays in my position?

If you have wide feet (like me) but want a light boot check out the Puma King Exec. They're the new ones and I haven't been able to find them in shops yet in England but they look sweet. I'm ready to buy both SG and FG pairs when I find them.

Aside from them the F50+ might fit, but they might be a bit narrow, Copas are always an option as they'll mould to your foot really well, or there's Legends (which might be a bit heavy) and Aveiros (which are lighter Pulses with the same wide fit).

I play in a similar position to you in the attacking midfielder role who either goes striker or winger and I wear Pulses and F50s now. I don't have as much pace but I guess we're looking for similar things as we both have wide feet too. I'm definitely looking for the Pumas to try on.

I dont think the legends weight is gonna make a difference. For example, R10 doesnt seem to have any pace or manuvreability(sp) probs with them. If you like them and they fit good and feel comfortable go for it.

I would get nike air legends for that position

i think an f-50 or vapor would be good as they are light and will be good for your position but its whatever fits your feet and play best in

if all else fails, COPAS won't. lol

Vapours are the last things he wants.

As with everyone else just try on every pair that you like the look of and pick the comfiest. Having a wide foot, I'd say Umbro, Puma, Adidas and possibly AZT 3's are the kinda thing for you, dont get Vapors with a wide foot, they're agony!

Im gona try those Pumas is i find them, And Legends. I wud go for F50s but i dnt like the look.

Id rather not pay more than £90 on 1 pair of boots cos i woud like too get them in soft and firm ground but im not sure cos i gt too save some cash. Thats y Legends so high on my list. Ther sound like a comfy boot and have a decent feal and wieght. I have plenty pace too burn so if ther about predator wieght thats ok but prefrably lighter.

Ne 1 knw if the Legends and Pumas r lighter than Predators? If not may get hard ground preds and soft Legends or Pumas.

p.s Not AZT 90 cos ther too bulky but do fit like a dream had a pair of them but dont think i want another.

Legends are really comfortable, and than you could always go back to predators. They're probably the most comfortable shoes ever made.

Yeh i think i will get Legends i love the look and they sound about rite for me. And Plus ive been drawn in by Roanaldinho.

Ther wery reasnable price and if ican afford it im gona get Predators aswell, helps cos i change postition every other game From wid too Centre.

P.S ne 1 who wants great priced boots from a massive selection Go Lilly Whites in London. 3rd floor i think.

Here's pictures of the Pumas. They're extremely light (more in the F50 / Vapours territory I think) and have an RRP of £80. I'm guessing Sports Soccer will have them for around £60 when they get them in.

Thats intresting cos the 1 in Watford and Harrow our aswell come to think of it.

I think they may relaunch them as a Lilly Whites as the same company owns them both, Lilly Whites is basically a massive Sports Soccer. But if thats closing down too Then who knows

O and dont get the Legends with a white base and black toungue thats what im thinkin of . Only kidin im sure Many have that already im thinking about the White and Red 1s

And im not sure about the delivery times.
