today might be hard. competitions are cancelled, they try to start them later today. heavy thunderstorm, water everywhere, they had to cut powers from the stadium

I love track and field.. I just wish they would show more of the field events instead of focusing on the track all the time 
I was watching it last night, when they were going to run the women's hurdles but it was raining like crazy and I fell asleep before it finished.. I couldn't watch it when it came on earlier cause of work.

I wouldn't believe this.. yeah I hoped that we get at least one medal, but I just couldn't believe that it would come on that sport, well I did believe but I couldn't say it out loud.
gosh, thank you christ, ok it might not be the best result in the world but it's big, a HUGE thing for us.. It was awesome great and absolutely fooking brilliant..

Fins were quite disapointed when Tero Pitamäki didn't get the medal..
I missed the finals for men's Long Jump on TV, but (thanks to Roomania), I watched a short clip of the top three men.
.. And like usual, the USA Men's Relay team let me down just like they did in the Olympics last year
So much individual talent and yet can't pull together a good team effort..
