that's really weird. everything came off my pair with just plain old shoe cleaner... hmm
try the nailpolish, but only use a tiny bit, or stuff will come off the skin of ur vapors. post some pics please.

dirt and stuff like that come off with just so good old H20 and a wipe (maybe some soap too.)

ya just some spoap and water. i think tho, what u have on the sides of ur boots are scuffs, IE. paint for other boot studs, or even ur own. so that will take more than just soap and water. try the nailpolish remover, JUST A LIL BIT. i would say try that last tho. u can't really ruin the upper unless u use a hars chemical, EX. nail poilish remover. lol anyways if nothing elses works u could try that. just don't get used to using that, cuz it does mess up ANY shoes with long term use. trust me. haha. nailpolish remover and bleach are 2 cleaning solutions for ONLY desperate measures.

Yea or else ur boots will end up having a spot with no chome or blue..
but if i was u i would just scrub REALLY hard with water and soap and pray that it comes off.

yea i'd go with the soap and water first then then the nailpolish remover or i think someone said something about spray deoderant

but try the nailpolish remover last

yeah dont even use nail polish remover, i ujust got my new pair and wore them yesterday in my game, when i got home i used a little rubbing alcohol to get the scuffs out and some of the skin came off, you can see a bit of lighter grey on the toe. im so pissed i dont know what to do, but just to let u know dont use rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover since they're almost the same thing

alcohol and polish remover are not the same thing.

although i would use those LAST like i sad. anyways. i just wanted to tlak about that spray deodorant thing???? whats that? i guess u can try it doesn't sound like it would hurt the synthetic. but i've neevr even DREAMED of that before.

I used plain old H2O on a cloth and scrubbing really hard but I had no luck, so I am gonna try the soap and water, and if that doesnt work I will try goin out to shop and see what I can find. I dunno if I want to risk using nailpolish or deodarant yet
any other ideas?
btw thnx for all the quick replys

well that other guy said he actually has USED spray deodorant on vapors and it worked. so i guess u could try that. i don't think it will mes up or discolor ur boot. think about it. its deodorant. if its harsh enough to ruin the upper of a boot, would it like burn off ur skin when u tried to use it?? i say its worth a shot. i just never heard of it before

dang people on this forum reply wicked fast!
yea true if it doesnt hurt ur skin then it shouldnt hurt the cleats
To ronaldo-no-7
did it work well or did it leave any marks behind?
Edit: just tried some gel that I found for athletic footwear, but the marks didnt come off I think because the marks are old so its much harder to get it off now.

im guessing its a blue gel? ya thats good stuff u got there, but its not really for stains or BAD SCUFFS, just try others things. haha. that gel is good for cleaning overall tho. if u have sneakers, that stuff does the trick!
