cheers, this year my team will be going down to orlando to play in the disney showcase tournament. Has anybody been down there and played. If u have, could u tell me how fierce the competition is (since the tournament is one of the best in the U.S.). Also could u suggest what i should work on untill december 20 (the tournament starts the 27 of december) so that i will be ultimately ready and hopefuly get scouted. For example, should i work real hard on fitness?

Condition. Run alot. If you never get tired in the game, it helps alot.

I've played in the showcase, and it is a class tournament. Be ready for some chilly weather. Just becauce it's florida doesn't mean it's going to be 80 and sunny. Expect the weather from 40-50 I'd say. If you're unfit, then by all means work on fitness. If not, just make sure you're in good form when the showcase arrives.

great atmosphere, A+ facilities, great fields
