Is it good to use, lets say, ankle weight while you run to increase speed or stamina etc. Or is that not a good thing, because it can cause injury. I ask becuase if it causes injuries I obviously won't use it since I don't want to get injured for my matches.

I heard the mess up your knees use this cheers helps u jump higher and sprint faster (jumpsoles).

ankle weights are only good if you regurlarly use them, and by regualrly i mean wear them at all times unless you're playing with the ball.
When you use a ball and ankle waights it can cause an injury to your ligaments.
Running or walking on the other hand causes minimal movement on your knees and joints and thus not posing a threat.

yep, i had some and didn't use them that much but i could tell the difference after working with them.
