do you think this is the first step in Nike stepping away from its older frontmen, namely R9, i dont think they could market K11 as well as R9. Roberto Carlos seems like his marketing days are over, as well as Adriano (though he is still KINDOFF usable due to his mass appeal). Personally i dont like Klose, doesnt seem very frontman-like, id rather see Walcott, Rosicky, Pirlo, and Robinho as Nikes new frontmen

Klose markets nike pro that ad is not particularly concentrating on the legends, thats just what he wears Klose is the Football figurehead of their nike pro range or at least on nike id
i would definetaly agree with that, especially considering nike knows its wrong for a player to be representing another players signature boot, plus you can clearly see he is showing the nike pro range with the shirt hes wearing .. but you can be mislead by the legends.

IMO those are the UGLIEST bootrs i have ever seen
The harsh Nike branding on the heel counter makes them looks a bit cheap imo.

yes, this is true, and i would like a band also, but judging on the original legends, they will have velcro .. which leaves no need for a band, since the tongue is akready held down.
yeah fair enough and the velcro looks like it'll work this time because the tongue is so long
yea its probably a nice big square of it .. the only thing i dont like about the velcro is that is wears out easily for me .. thats why i put elastics on my old R10's

idk mine came from just fixing it too often, adjusting it, pulling it on and off, the velcro starts to pull, and the tongue isnt secrured to it anymore.

V.Valdez and Maniche tie their laces over their tongues on their Legends! Maybe this has happened to them aswell so that's why they are doing it?

it's a "Ronaldinho boot" but a few players wear the gold R10s so maybe they will wear these, i expect a lot of players will like the blackout or whiteout colourways

These are only for Ronaldinho I'd say. There is a new colourway for the Legends, White/Black, so all the Legend players will be wearing those most likely.

Release date is on 1/1/07 and will retail @ $150.00.

loving them mate, i am a big fan of white/black boots, so much more refreshing than highlighter yellow/silver/orange
I'm not that thrilled over this colorway since my teammate has had them in NikeID for over a year!
im feelin those legends 
so classic, so clean, b-e-a-u-tiful, just my opinion of course, but as for the nicest colorway yet, orignial R10, i love white/gold, and will always have a soft spot for those things. 
the all, Red is prolly one of the better color ones in the new Legends that are coming out. but the R10 on top of the shoes make it weird.
