I was replying to ronaldo top scorer, as a bonus I replied to genesis but he said the same exact thing as henry so IMO it was very unnecessary.

I JUST got my vapors and I have a lot of money so I anted t buy 2-3 pair of boots and some jerseys with some money left over and the legends came to mind this morning. I was originlly aiming at Vapors, Tunits w/ custom french flag, indoor shoes...but now that Ive heard so much of the legends Im starting to get the shoe horn haha
dont buy Legends, the toe from mine was worn away totally after 2-3months, plus I felt I couldn't get a good strike with them on.

You JUST got new boots - why do you have to go and spend your money just because you've got some spare? Why don't you save it up and play in the pair you''ve just got.

did you take care of them? i have had mine for such a long time and they are still good. You just have to mink oil them every once in a while. I would recommend them.

you can only become a boot tester if you live in the US i think....
Umbro did a campaign of recruiting boot testers, dunno if they are still doing it though. Check their site.

Neither. I also wanted the ice, but after considering for a long time, they just looked too plain, and get dirty very easily. I think the white/ginger just looks better anyways. Get ignites instead, i have a pair coming in the next few days. They look amazing with white socks. They are also my backup pair so hopefully they will still be worth alot of money in a few years... if they hold up
no offence but i dont like the ignites. plus i wear a white and green kit so the green n yellow would clash! i think its gonna be the ice ones and i can get them cheaply, but thanks 4 the advice

how do u get the marks off? toothbrush? sponge? I had a pair of the royal blue vapors, bought them for £83.99 and 10 wears later sold them 4 £50. good deal?

they did have a few scratches on them and long black scuff mark on the inside of right boot. but hey, he is my best mate lol. thanks ill try that wen i get them
To get the marks of the boots, you can use nail varnish without acetone. But, be careful; if you press the paper (or something else) with the nail varnish the color can dissapeare

But in France they cost almost 200€
I need a new pair of Vapor, I think I will take the red/white vapor on ebay, and perhaps later the new that cheung shows us.

I'm thinking of picking up a pair of Vapor I's. Is there anyone who's worn them and the III's, what is the difference ? Do they fit the same, are they good/bad/uncomfy?

It is US sizes so you need to go 1 size less than your usual english size.

I had the Vapors II (which are the same than the Vapors I...) and Vapors III.
In my opinion, the Vapors III are so much better. It is strange to wear vapors III after vapors II, because the vapors III are more rigid about the sole. My vapors II were broken at the sole
So in my point of view, the III are much comfortable than the I/II
