well, the pair i WAS going to get wanst bidded on (i was goign to bid at last hour) and the tie jumped back 5 days...

so i found a pair that ends sooner, is much cheaper, and ends sooner...but its a full size smaller then my MVIII...would this be a big difference?

I have to alot as our practice field and home field are crap and they just got dust on them and i just wipe them with my hand and are as good as new. They are also very easy to clean

I've always wanted Vapors since they first came out, but never got a pair because of my rather wide feet. I'm tempted to try and find a cheap pair of Vapors on Ebay and buy them for the hell of it. That way if it doesn't work out to well I wouldn't be wasting that much money.

damn whatever happened to TRYING before you buy? just go to any store and try some vapors on, or Talarias even!

I have tried on older Vapors before, and they were quite snug. Haven't tried the MVIII on, but i figure I will eventually just to see. The thing with trying on boots is that since they are brand new, you can't tell how well they actually fit/feel since you can't play in them, wear them in and allow them to stretch. When I tried on my Pulses they were a bit tight, but once I broke them in they fit quite nicely. Obviously you can get a good idea if a boot is too small/large by trying them on, but It's still impossible to see how they will turn out. The only way to truly "try" a boot out, is play with them for a few weeks. But I understand what you are saying.

I was reading some ones review on the MVIII in the review thread and he said something like "People who have wanted Vapors before, but were afraid their feet was too wide for them, these are even more for you." So I was curious to see how well the new ones stretch/mold to wider feet, which I wouldn't be able to tell if I just went to my local shop.

those are the Mercurial Vapor FS. Not as hard to find as the 365s which look EXACTLY like MVII's without studs of course
