How do you like Umbros? I like the looks of the x boot and those Terry vengeance(sp?) boots but I've never had any. Good quality?

Very good quality, nice comfy boot, fit as comfy as Preds but are light like Vapors. The Michelin stuff is amazing, gets real bend on the ball when new. I fancied a change and I don't like how the Michelin stuff lost its effect.

i wanna buy a pair of umbro sx boots but idk what size to get i have a size 10 in tunits but i have used an x boot size 11 with an extra ankle sock

can anyone help me??

umbro boots come up pretty small i have a 9.5 in my speciali
yet wear 9 in most other boots

im looking to buy new cleats, and the puma v-konsturkt II's have been recommended to me and also the lotto zhero evolution looks pretty good too. Anyone recommend anything. I play defense and middie. Thanks

yeah that colorway came out with the white and red in the beginning. to the zhero evolution or puma guy, it all depends what your looking for. the pumas are leather and look a little bulky, but the evolution is really light and synthetic. I own the zheros and they're sick i love them, they're lightweight and have a great touch, i've owned lots of leather shoes and i'm a synthetic person, but its all up to you. the pumas look nice though so go with whatever type you like because honestly they're pretty different boots there.

To the lotto and puma guy as well...
My friend got the konstrukt II's and he said they're pretty small fitting and he said the leather didn't really stretch that much (its not k-leather, but it might as well be coz its really soft) and yeh the boots feel pretty solid. They're marketed to be offer good protection anyway.

And with the Umbro, I didn't find the sizing to be smaller than others. I have size US10 in both the puma V1's and umbro x-boot II's and the puma's are way tighter. But then again my x boots stretched nicely and the Rev X's arent k-leather so they won't stretch.

If i'm in the market for Puma's...what would be in the price range ?

I just got my latest eurosport mag and there are some new sprintfit colorways in there. Red/White and Navy Blue. I think they look great.

I think they both look very nice but I prefer the original white/red ones.

lol i think its kinda funny how adidas/rbk have the sprinfits the same exact colors as the power abs and the deep space abs. i think the adidas' sub brand (rbk) should have came out with different color/shades of blues and reds. but none the less i think the reds look better than the blues. but none beat the whites like adam said. =]

personally i think the reds wayy better than the whites

also, itd be sweet if henry wore one red and one blue to match his barca kit

My football coach at college had a YTS at Southampton, so he's still got quite a few mates there. One of his close mates, I didn't ask who, is sponsered by Puma, and gets alot of free boots obviously. Luke, my manager, said that last year, his mate gave him he about 15 pairs, including V1's and execs. Anyway, within the next two weeks he said his mate was going to ring him, and he would be able to drive over to wherever he lives, and pick up some pairs of Puma boots, various models and colours, all in a size 8, which luckily is my size. And he said he would sell most of them to first team players on the cheap, about £20 for execs, and £25 for V1's and Konstrukts! I'm definitely going to pick myself up a few pairs.

If you're talking about those I really can't believe it. Hideous IMO. Saw the ad in 4-4-2 and I laughed. However, I was kind of surprised to see a deal that if you bought within a month or something you'd get some free training wear. Not many companies would do that.

They're very nice but they aren't as sleek as the last ones.

i like them, they will definitly grow on me, but from my understanding on the description of them and based on the price, it seems that the will be the next boots in line to replace the X-boot 3 and X-boot Vengeance(destroyer). because it says one will b worn by Michael Owen, the other by John Terry

im not liking those xai tongues on the flares. to me it looks like itll be teijin synthetic.
