I love Umbro's new range, I think they fail when it comes to advertising their new boots though. Every once in a while I get a Eurosport magazine and flip to Umbro and their entire line has changed.

yeah this little bastard nick francis. he posts them in this group on facebook called football boots lovers or some shit and acts like theyre his. quite annoying really. he posted some colourways i had made in the boot and kit design thread as well so im thinking i might just report the images as copyright and get them taken down.

I quite like them. I think the material used looks a bit off but it looks very soft. I think the special edition Black/Fluro ones would be interesting to see.

im hoping they have another colorway, the boot design is nice, that colorway is crap.

i lied, there is another colorway on that page. the black/white/yellow. it actually looks quite nice.
and the whole idea behind it seems pretty strong. i think it'll end up being a great boot.

The REEBOK written on the heel counter looks terribly tacky, as do all the mesh pieces on the upper. I think Reebok is just trying to make a "technologically advanced" boot like Adidas' Predators and they're doing a pretty bad job of it. Notice the power unit, rubber frame, rubber on the instep and inside of the foot.

After hearing all that technological crap thats in the valdes it sounds like adidas is using reebok to try out some of there crazy gimmicks on before they use them on adidas boots.

The Reebok on the heel makes them look 10 years old. I'm not sure whether I like that or not...

just noticed, someone please tell me that the colors on the back heel are not for distinguishing left from right...

Haha, the Valdes have all the same gimmicks as the Preds but they have a horrible colourway. The different coloured heel coutners looks shite. The colourway with the silver RBK logo rather than red looks nice though.
