and peoples speed comes from the hamstrings and glutes...quads dont have anything to do with it, so when just looking at a person, if they ha ve large quads, it doesnt nesecerally mean that they are fast...ronaldo is extremly fast, but when hes running next time you watch him play, or when he falls, look at the back of his leg, and you will see strong musclues

I wasn't talking aboot his legs...I was going on aboot his upper-body...and I think he is gaining weight and not just toning and defining his leg muscels...his whole body is getting bigger...

micheal johnson set the world record for the 200 m with a time of like 29.something and he ran the first 100 in 10.1 or so and the second 100 in about 9.1, the world record is only 9.7 i think or so....... his top speed is 22.99 mph when he was in top shape and so on, pretty impressive i would say

Those are pretty cool shinpads but when i was about to buy some good nike ones i thought to myself, yeah these chromes look real nice but they're covered up by the socks so wtf is the point. So i just buy something cheap and practical, feels good, and is light and durable.
