They are definatley not fake. We had a convo about this quite a long time ago I think. But the difference will just be that the HG's will reduce the pressure on your feet, when playing on really hard ground.

They are not fake....if you look at the picture of Van Nistelrooy training for Euro 2004 you can see that he has the vapors with blade tips that are the same colour as the sole of the boot (they are not white like the normal tips on this boot colour in the second picture). They are just the hard ground version and are very rare.

ya noone else say they are fake please. HG won't really do much unless ur playing on like, well, HARD GROUND. haha. i would only reccomedn hg boots if u know that hwere u play the soil is, well, lilke concrete.
haha i just clicked the link and they even had the nike BOX right there. although the heel studs don't really look like very good studs for HG. wat was nike thinking... am i right?

i think they shouldn't make hg vapors the studs aren't even that big on the fgs so i think its pointless to. i saw a kid on the other team we played today had those in the black/gold. they still look good tho.

they'r fake. tha orange vapours should have black blades and not all orange. trust me. go to the nearst shop and find out for ur self

yes i know they are HG thats y im saying they are fake. all HG ones are REPLICAS they are not the real ones like FG and SG ones which are very light and the HG ones are not light, they are heavy. go to a shop and lift a pair of FG or SG and comapre it to HG ones!! FG and SG ones are so much more lighter which is the whole point of buying vapours, that u find them to be lighter than any other football boots.

so dont get HG ones. if u are playin on hard ground (astroturf), go for firm ground ones they will work fine. and if ur playing on grass then go for soft ground ones.

never heard such... well..... crap, soz.what makes them fake at all... the boots r the same weight just different frigin sole plate... hg not sg (studs) or fg (double coloured blades) HG (look at pic)... get over it they r vapor weight and looking boots on a talaria frame ( but will someone please tell me the main difference between HG & FG)

mate, i was gonna buy a pair of HG ones until i noticed the difference in weight. and i asked the guy who works at JD sports and he said the same thing i just stated, tht the HG ones are Replicas. so get ur facts right before u start to get cocky !!!!

they aren't fake... I remember that in the nikefootball web site, in the scorpion K.O. time, there was a picture of the mercurial vapor I grey/red, and they were HG because the blades were all red... sorry about my poor english

ormardinho , they arnt fake or replica......and i highly doubt they weighed any difference either...they are exactly the same just longer thicker studs....

now y would HG studs studs be longer and thiker???? aren't they supposed to be shorter, thicker yes. haha . but shorter not longer is what i think HG is.

use ure brains, there must be a difference between the FG and HG cos nike arent just gonna make same boots with longer blades and the difference is that HG are heavier and if u dont believe me then go ahead and buy a pair of HG ones and compare it to the FG ones. ive got a pair of both but i returned the HG ones cos they are much heavier.

The HG model is not heavier at all, if anything there is less of a blade on the boot and they are a bit lighter.

On a side note I have the AZT 90 3's in black with the HG outsole and they are 20 times better than the Fg model tht I have had before. No stud pressure on any ground and they grip as well as the fg model.
