Full Version: Sending Boots Back?
the heel excounter is coming off on my pulses and i want to send them back but will they just repair them or will they give me new ones. if i send them in how long will it take for me to get them back?

most likely they'll send a replacement. as for how long im not too sure, but maybe within a week after they recieve ur damages boots. good luck!
