I'm thinking about buying a pair but I have a few questions.

What are they like to play in - are they comfortable?
With it being thin material, could I belt the ball hard without it hurting my foot?
Again, with it being thin material, will I be able to tacke a tackle wearing them? If a player catches my foot with his studs in a tackle, will it hurt more than wearing a normal pair of boots because of it having less material?

And what are the other advantages of them apart from making you play lighter?

Here are a few answers to your questions,

1) Alot of people have problems with blisters when they first wear them, however i never had blisters from them....I guess it just depends on the shape of your foot. If your foot is suitable for them then they are very comfortable as after a few games the nikeskin material molds to your foot a little bit. However if you have wide feet the vapors are not very advisable.

2) As you say its a thin material, when striking the ball hard, it shouldn't hurt your foot. If anything it can be nice to have a little bit more feel on the ball. However you may have trouble getting as much power in your shots with the vapors as with the predator pulses for example as the boot is so much lighter.

3) The one problem of having a thin material is this, it hurts alot when someone stamps on your foot with their studs. Thin material offers very little protection. I am not saying your foot will break but if someone steps on your in an awkward way it will hurt a lot more if you are wearing vapors as opposed to a tough leather boot.

4) The vapor feels extremely light like you say. They probably will not make you run much faster though. Its more of a psychological thing, that your feet feel light. This may make you feel more confident when doing tricks. As for other advantages, as i said before, because the material is so thin you can get an incredible feel on the ball. They are fairly durable as well.

My friend reckons they help alot, but as gs11 said, its mostly psychological.

to be honest i think it hurts if u get stepped on, whether u have vapors kings or copas. whatever. it still haurts. dry.gif they are a lot lighter but i don't know how much that will actually help. it mus make a slight difference tho. whether u like that difference is up to u. lastly vapors, just like any other shoe, are comfortable. haha and they also are very uncomfortable. that just depends on u. don't listen to what anybody says, definately TRY these on first. ull be able to tell if they are comfortable or if the give u hell. mine fit great. other poeple cna't even get their foot inside. thas totally individual. it will be either very comfy or super bad. haha so i reccomend, more than any other boot prob, to TRY THEM ON. that will be all.
