i recently got sum a3 f50+ and there abit to tight on the heel, ne1 got ne ways 2 widen it??

I don't think there is a way to strech a heel, the only advice i have is; next time try to buy the shoes that are your size or half size bigger, you'll grow into them eventually anyway.

id if it will work for trainers but you could do the mmoulding trick and put a pool ball in the heel that stretches it out a bit

its hard to widen the heel cuz of the ext heel counter, ur best bet is to lodge things that will fit in there and like wear them around the house just in case.
