Hey guys..
I am looking at purchasing a new cleat and I've seen 2 pairs which are moderately priced and have my size. I'm going to go check them out tomorrow and I was wondering if anyone could give me some honest feedback.
Which should I get?

I would get the lotto optika, but if u could save up 60 dollars or so, u could buy th Air Zoom Total 90 III, which in my viewpoint bette than those 2 boots.

DON"T BUY THE NIKE's, i love nike but if u do get those ull be getting ripped off. they are charging $110 for a boot that only costs MSRP $89.95 and not to mention shipping tax or whatever else.. get the optikas because they are a higher grade boot at a great price. haha. don't ask me but that site has the wrong prices on their boots. lol

So the Optika's are mainly a better choice because of the price or just higher quality in general?

Based on quality alone I've always been more of a Nike fan myself..

Lotto is a really good company
I've seen the optikas in person and they seem to be a quality boot.

optikas for sure..hose nikes are overpriced..and also not very good quality..optikas are top of the line and also fairly lightweight

are the Optika's very narrow? I have a wider foot

i don't belive so but u might want to try them out urself just in case. they aren't like vapors or anything tho, they aren't narrow to that extent, if they are narrow at all.

Well Nike is not in my good books, but I see a lot only buy Nike and Adidas.. I guess I'll give em both a try but I am leaning towards my Italian Lotto's

The Lotto Optikas almost look like the Sheva 7's, which is what Andriy Shevchenko wears. Around that price is the Nike Legends, so you may want to consider those too.

Yeah I was considering those. To be honest, right now I'm looking to spend between 100-200$ CND on a pair of shoes. My 2 main concerns are comfort and asymetrical lacing. Other than that, its all relavant.

https://www.prosoccer.com/productDetails.php?productId=1721i just wish you would have mentioned something sooner because they had all the sizes.

For everyone saying its a bit overpriced.. consider the fact its in Canada where selection isn't as abundant.. not the mention its not an order online store. Its an actual shop and thats just an outdated catalogue.
And why does everyone say get a boot just cause of a player? Its all about comfort and feel, not who wears it in the end

ya thats true, i don't buy my boots cuz some guy wears em, hey urbam, didn't u say u already bought the air zooms? instead of the optikas?

Oct 6 2005, 10:40 PM
Yeah man.. I tried on a whole bunch of boots, in addition tot he fact they were all out of the Optikas. Like I said in my other post, the PredatorPulses were the sexiest on my foot but at such a huge price difference I got the AZ's instead.

They weren't ones that the shop owner brought out for me. He just brought out ones that were wide size 13s and that had asymetrical lacing.
