I've read a fair few people on here who have sent back boots that have broke/ripped or anything like that.

Here is my situation. My Supernovas are pretty much dead now. It has the strengthened heel bit, like on most Adidas boots eg Preds and that is coming away from the boot itself. If i slightly bend the two there is a huge gap and i reakon they will part company soon enough.

The thing is they are not new. How old i dont know thats the thing. I would say less than a year. Is there anything i can do or is it just time to get my wallet out.

I'd say its worth your while sending them back to Adidas - they can only say no after all! Which they are not likely to do as it could put customers off buying from them

Hmm my thoughts exactly, problem being im playing twice a week at the mo so it might be a problem. My thoughts.....get a new pair and if it all works out i get a pair back meaning i can mix between the two.

As for sending them back, Where exactly do i send them too. Do i send a letter with it, how do you pack them etc.

Anyone who has been in this position i would be gratefull if you could explain exactly what you did.

I had a look on Adidas.co.uk where it says if you have a problem take it back to the shop, if not contact your national dealer. Bingo thats what i want.

Oh and the boots are definatly not older that 2 years old. I would say just over a year at most.

Well I've sent back a pair of Pred Manias that I had for probably 6 months. Email/call adidas (email is faster service), and they will give you a "return authorization" number. You put this on the outside of the box and sent them to wherever they tell you (I'm in the States). You also have to fill out a sheet about what is wrong, how long you've had them, where you got them, if you tried to return them to the store, etc. They give you a choice of a replacement pair of the same or the closest comparable boot in the same size, or a gift card for the value of the shoes. I chose the gift card.
Hope that helped you guys out.

I think they will put a line across when i comes to general wear and tear, saying that i have heard people have done this with rips and tears, so who knows.

But yeah, email address anyone, and what do you put in the email?

You put what happened and how disappointed you are with the quality. Also make sure they know that it isn't just a complaint but that you want to return them.
Go to adidas.co.uk and then go to Help/Contact Us in the performace section, then Contact adidas.
