maybe the boot room is the place to be looking, a mod can move this topic there, or you can do a search for a similar topic

kelme masters are rather wide in my opinion
i have 5 pair of f50's and a pair of master whites that were a waste of money

Those are all fairly wide apart from the F50 +'s

and possibly the Umbro Elite X Lite's.
For extremely narrow feet you might need to go on mi-adidas or something to get some boots that fit your foot. I can't really think of any boots apart from Vapors that are very narrow really. Looks like F50 +'s for you.

Well you learn something new every day! I didn't realise they were so small, they look quite wide in the flesh!

haha ya don't get kelme boots, those are for wide feet. pulses should fit nicely, they fit wide feet, but its not like they were MADE for wide feet. they work with narrow feet too, or manias.
