What exactly are the differences between the Copas made in Germany and the conterparts made in Indonisia.

I did see a pair today that had the tag, 'Made in Germany' so that'll settle it right?

i think the german copas are just made with better quality. but ive wondered that same thing. because the price differance is quite a bit.

Yes, the leather is a lot thinner and softer. The best place to find a difference is the corners above the stripes, where 'copa mundial' is written. On the real ones, is is very very thin and soft.

But yeah basically i think im safe as the boots have the made in Germany tag on them.

Well, I have to get my dad to load the pics from the camera because i suck with computers, and i also have no space on my fotopic account, sooo it could take a while.

When i said thin, I meant the leather there is thin.

Also, I'm not sure that the chances of getting fake ones are too high. I got these fake ones from a night market in malaysia, where basically EVERYTHING is fake!
