You my friend, if you are not lying, are a fucking GUN! For my club in preseason, we have to do 3.2K in under 12 mins. We haven't started preseason yet but I did one myself today to guage where I am at and I did it in 14 and a bit minutes (clock stuffed up). Pretty happy with that really. Might head to the running track and have a go within the next week or so and will post then.

I see no reason to lie about these things.

I've always been quite good at running - I ran competitively for a few years, albeit at junior level. Had to stop that now though - just not got the time. I've trained myslef to not feel the pain

Yeah, i know, but quite a lot of the time when I see people claiming to do things well I'm quite sceptical
Mind you, I think the 13 year old who claimed to be running 100m in 10.2 seconds might just have been lying...

Last year I done 3.3km in the Cooper (while I had a cold) then later that night I ran 6 laps of a pitch in 6.36 mins...that must have been the most fittest Ive ever felt after doing all that stuff in one day...
and respect to the guy who got 4+km...hard going mate although very possible if you train correctly..
see Im naturally very fit, but I sort of go against it with my diet(i eat a lot of junk food) because I feel it doesnt really affect my performance, I just wonder what I'd be like if i had a proper diet...

Our cooper test goes by laps we do in 12 minutes. To be considered fit, you have to do 8 laps in 12 minutes, I did 7 1/2. Oh well.
