Do they use kangaroo leather or something else? That sounds cool it probably is a nicer fit than the new Predator Absolutes. I tried them out and with the exception of the Power Pulse technology and cool new looks (I got them in blue and white but got the A3 trainers) they weren't that comfortable. However, the Predator Manias were a different story. Its like comparing a brand new Mercedes with a custom built 1960s Rolls Royce Silver Cloud. The leather and comfort quality between the two are no comparison. The Mercedes is nice but it feels stiff. The Silver Cloud leather will give way to your body and fit you like a glove. Maybe I am being too optimistic about these Nomi boots. But everyone is raving about them so maybe I will try them out and share in the enthusiasm. Gee if I could get a pair of Nomi boots for $60 -- howd you pull that off ejteK?

Yes the glove has a one piece k-leather upper. You really will be happy with the comfort of the Glove. Every bit of feedback we get through the website is "These are the most comfortable boots I have ever had". Honestly - they are very comfy!

Well I'm no expert but as your saying it wont rain much I would presume you would want the Dry Control Spark. But I dont really think one will improve your game substantially more than the other so get what appeals visually to you & feels best (if you can try them on).

If I couldn't track down the HKs in my size I was looking at either the Glove (Black/Silver) or Instinct (Green/White). Those black Gloves are so much nicer in person than on the site. I may still get them but I want Shinks. Wont get em but I want em...

The problem is that there is nowhere to order the nomis glove in the us, not even on us soccer sites! I think I will get the Spark off the internet, because it is off of soccer.com which offers returns, so its better than getting the Glove off of eBay!

Gday all...I recently purchased the Nomis Instinct and for all those who are thinking about getting it i garuntee it.. I had the glove last year and was extremely happy with it but this boot i am even more happier with.. The elevated heel allows you to run alot easier..I do not play soccer but rugby but i do goal kicking..I have found that the grip allows for greater contact, providing greater distance.. The Instinct is the way to go

Yes, that's a new boot. Sorry, haven't had the chance to get pictures of these yet. I'm amazed they even have them already. There is also an instinct version (blacked out) specifically for rugby.

Thanks its good to hear people talking about these boots...From what i felt im very pleased with how the feel..I like the extra support around the ankles and it feels more secure than i did in the Gloves..Playing rugby i am turning quite a bit and hav found no problems..they feel very secure and easy to push off (elevated heel).. I would rate these above the Glove mainly due to the heel and the extra support it offers.

LMAO No slight on you but thats been a catchphrase for around 18months now. If Akers boots last year/year before weren't fluro yellow they'd have had NO advertising here at all. Outside of the boot fans anyway. In saying that to call them is bliss. Customer service at head office kicks an incredible amount of coight! I wish more companies would deal with their customers like Nomis. Shane especially, I've dealt with him a few times & he has always been helpful. Sorry if that sounds like a suck up but when you deal with the amount of different companies as I do the idiots stop standing out & the class starts to.

Actually it's been that way quite intentionally. We've taken the time to build up relationship with retailers and to educate them about the performance/comfort benefits about the products. There's no point in doing a full on marketing campaign if the retailers don't believe in the quality of the shoes. Now that the boots are in a lot of stores, the retailers know the "story" of the boots, we can spend more money and time on a public campaign.

i brought my gloves and sparks to work one day ( I word at a sporting good store)
I actually did the thing with the ball comparing it with a pair of abs we had in stock. My manager and the customers really were impressed.
