Hi, my gloves came yesterday, they feel really nice but can some one tell me what the extra insoles are for?
It's so you can customise the fit to your foot. If you have a high arch the moulded sock liners will give you a better fit and comfort, whereas if you have a flat foot, the flatter sock liner will be better for your foot. Try them both out and use the one that gives you the best fit and comfort. I actually have a video of Simon explaining the difference. Can I host videos on soccerpulse?

And whats the best way to clean them? I usually just chuck my boots in a bucket of water and scrub them with a brush!
Don't do that. Either use a Wet Control booster cloth or just cold water and a soft cloth or very soft tooth brush. When you clear away the dirt the grip properties will be as good as new.

Thanks for the comments
About the raised heel i cant even really feel it . its so comfortable!
I recommend to buy! played my verse game today it was rainging and the grip in the rain is very good!
Indeed. Reading through a few recent comments I should just add a bit about the heel on the Instinct, Flare and Spark MS models.
The raised heel is really a feature of adding the midsole from the heel to the forefront of the boot. This reduces the amount of forces and stress that is passed through the heel, ankle and calf. So the midsole should make a signigicant difference in the comfort and impact felt whilst running in the boots.
Now, there has been some talk of heel slippage. We have looked at this quite a lot as obviously more than one person here has mentioned it. We can only put this down to the boots not being the right size or not being the right "fit" for that person. Please remember that no two people's feet are the same so to get a perfect fit for every foot out there is quite a task! The pro players we have managed to fit correctly absolutely adore the boots and have all noted the reduction in pain and injuries in their calfs/heels as an effect of this raised heel.
If you do get slight slippage in the Instinct or Spark MS I would suggest trying a slightly smaller size or trying another Nomis boot in their different fitting groups.

My White/Gold sparks are already so dirty after my first game =(
Use the cleaning cloth or cold water/soft cloth. Should come up good again!

those white and green sparks look amazing. i have the old yellow and black ones, you'll love them if you haven't had Nomis before. and don't let any dirt or stuff get on the material cause then you can say "bye bye" to the grip. i got dirt on mine and the grip went away until they got cleaned on a wet pitch. anyway, enjoy
As mentioned above - keep your boots clean and the grip properties stay. Obviously playing on a wet pitch helped clean away the grip.

also, Micheal, why don't you throw the Nomis engineers an idea? you wanna ask them if they can make a "light" boot for us? i wouldn't mind having something V1esque with the comfort and grip of Nomis
Weight is in your head

Let's see what the future holds...
Ok, and finally, I suppose this will only apply to Australians here, but Nomis are the official footwear supplier to the State of Origin series. They have released special edition State of Origin boots which are available here:
http://www.shopnomis.com/au/nomis/State-of-Origin.aspx - basically customised versions of the Spark and Nine Pincer models.
