Valentin Mihov opened the tournament in memoriam of Yulian Manzarov in Svishtov.

The president of PFL Valentin Mihov opened the second edition of the youth football tournament Yulina Manzarov , radio Focus Veliko Turnovo reported.

He appealed to the participants to be ethic at the football field like the 18-year-old back of Academic- Svishtov, who died in the river Lim on the 4th of April 2004. Before the official opening, 12 white pigeons flied to the sky, symbolizing the 12 victims of the disastrous school excursion. Official guests of the tournament are: Stanislav Blagov, mayor of municipality of Svishtov, Stefan Kpralov, executive of BFU, Lube Spasov, secretary of PFL and Vladimir Zzarkov, editor -in-chief of Meridian Match newspaper.

i think he is portuguese, how good is he? does it look like he could play at NT level?

Well he is playing well for Vihren, but I dont think he is good enought for International level, maybe if he is bought by some of the bigger clubs like Levski or CSKA, probably Levski, he would be asked to join in the Portugal squad,

For me, CSKA could undergo the crisis. They will return even more powerful. Anyway, the league is going to be boring as usual. I'm not going to waste my time with it.

Can anyone tell me about Emil Gargarov(sp). I read a while ago he was a big prospect for Bulgaria and from the small amount of footage i have seen of him he looked good, but i havent seen or heard anything about him scince really. Is he still a big talent?

He is the captain of CSKA Sofia if i am not mistaken or maybe it's Yanev I can't tell you for sure.. The club in Bulgaria with the most history. He is about my height, 170 cm, a little shorter than me actually. Number 23 is his favorite number. He made some appearances for the national team. He is.. not THAT young. I can't tell you for sure but he is around 23-26 years old. I doubt he's younger/older than that. Umm what else... I remmber one game of his, against Blackburn wheere he scored twice and assisted for a third goal to bring CSKA back in Sofia against Blackburn's lead of 3 goals to nil. Match ended 3-3 and because of the 1-1 tie in England, Blackburn went through. He is very speedy, short and small. His body type most reminds me of Mascherano but he is an attackin player. Can play midfield or offense but is much more effective in the middle. Great player in my opinion... Maybe i can get some videos of him or maybe you should try to watch the Bulgarian national team somehow (i know it's hard if you dont live in bulgaria) and you'll probably see him. If you ever visit Bulgaria, make sure you watch him in CSKA colors. That's really all i know..

i thought emil would go to another club at a younger age... he has alot of potential

Gargorov is going to Strasbourg now. There already's playing another bulgarian - Dimitar Rangelov, who was bought from Slavia Sofia.

Also, Hristo Yanev moved to Grenoble.
