Full Version: Pulse Tongue Coming Apart

I was slipping off my blue Predator Pulses yesterday when I noticed that the stitching of the tongue was separating from the sides on both shoes.

I just got them at the end of September and I'm surprised that they're coming apart. Since it's off-season for me, I occasionally juggle or recreationally play in them on weekends and sometimes (rarely) during the week.

Does anyone know if adidas will take them back and repair or replace them?
If so, does anyone know how long it takes for the whole process? Also, does adidas send you the same color, size, etc? And, last but not least, who do I email/call? Is there a specific department?

I attached an image to better explain what's going on.

ive had my F50s since april and the mesh is torn. will they replace them? ive taken care of everything that needs to be taken care of, i.e. emails, letters. ect

Psys, I have a feeling Adidas might just say that it's just a cosmetic wear and tear and probably wont replace them. But you could always try asking to see what they say. Just go on Adidas.com and choose your country and in the Help section and there should be something there about warranty and returns.

Bipolar Keeper's problem was a structural problem and that would be why they replaced them.

Regarding ImpossibleIsNothing's F50s, I believe the Adidas warranty is six months and so since you bought them in April it's exceeding it. But it never hurts to ask Adidas, I just wouldn't tell them when you bought them.

Goo idea just say you bought them in August for the new season, and say you lost the reciept

If they start with saying that you've exceeded the warranty then just say that you tryed emailing them about a month ago but you didn't get a reply.

i just sent them to adidas with a letter and they either had to send them back or replace them.

i kind of beat the system.
