Looking at the pictures posted of the f50 tunit they look real shiny which got me thinkin if those boots got wet woudlnt the ball slide right off of them due to lack of grip?

I'd think that such a big company as Adidas would have thought of this

Anyways, you'd be wearing your "wet upper" when it was raining anyway

I think they made the upper synthetic like because people were bitching about how hard it is to clean the F50+'s around the back.l

I think changing uppers is a stupid idea. Its probably easier (and cheaper) to just have two pairs of boots. Otherwise if it starts raining you have to pit stop at halftime and play lego to correct your boots for the conditions. Changing between sg & fg is cool as long as both work and dont compromise your play, bt what are you left with if you change uppers, sockliner etc. Is the sole the only permanent part of the boot? Its like mechanix or something.

Yeah it does sound slightly unneccessary

Yep, what if you lose the upper of your left boot while running?
Anyway, they look classy, especially the black ones.
