And what are you talking about in the Pistons series....its 2-0. Both should have been blowouts but the Pistons stopped trying in the 2nd game, yet I agree, the Lebrons should be able to steal one.
All I'm saying is that a blow out in one game doesn't indicate how a series is going to go.

This is harsh to say mate as Lebron made 2 game winner in the Washington series, so he is playing good playoffs anyway

Against Detroit it is tough for every team in the league so it is not that surprising that Lebron&the Cavs don't rock the house right now and will be thrown out soon.

What?!
Game 1: 22 pts, 4 assists, 4 rebounds
Game 2: 30 pts, 7 assist,
14 reboundsThose are two VERY good games. Especially against arguably the best team in the league that also happens to have one of the best defenses in the league. Not to mention, he is only 22 years old!

Not to mention he is shooting over 50% for the series, I believe. He needs to lock down on the D though.
He doesn't have a chance in hell to win this series though. He has no talent around him, and Detriot is going to run all over the Lebrons.

Typical Pistons, they just let their opponent win to give them some hope.
I am sure Pistons will take it 4-1 now, they seem to try to avoid sweeps to advance in the next round after a game at the Palace

Dude, how old are you?
14 rebounds is a monster game for a low post player. It is insane for a forward/guard player.
30 pts is a monster game for anyone.
Indeed, if the team loses, the individual stats aren't that important. But you said (in your original post) "where's LeBron?" He is quite present. He is only one man and he has shown he is a leader of his team. But he needs help from his team. The fact of the matter is that Detroit has a much better team than Cleveland so what do you expect LeBron to do about that?

Your age isn't as important, but comments like
"Wow....Amazing.

and "ooooooh cavs won 1"
where you can hear the thick sarcasm are rather annoying. It makes me feel as though I'm in a discussion with a bunch of adolescents. I'd prefer we elevated the conversation a bit.
Indeed, The Cavs hardly have a team of "random scrubs"....but they also don't have the same cast that the Pistons have....Rip Hamilton, Prince, Wallace & Wallace, Billups.... Even so LeBron is bringing it as you finally conceded. How many double doubles does he have now in the playoffs? And two triple doubles! Come on....that is outstanding for any player.
Cavs win. Lebron and the guys are starting to impress. And even though im a pistons fan its good to see a guy like Lebron doing his thing. If the pistons lose i'll be mad but no too mad just because i want to see what lebron is made of and can he win a championship. Everyone wants to see that.

Detroit is a big team, wouldn't be surprised to see them nick it anyway.
But those playoffs are just crazy, so many tight games and quiet big surprises with Cleveland and the Clippers still in the race.
As for Dallas, Jet Terry will be suspended tonight against San Antonio. What a massive blow that is, they better finish the series tonight before they lose it all in game 7.

The Lebrons looked really good without Larry Hughes. He missed the last 3 and they won all three. Should be interesting tonight when he returns.
Clips looked good last night, they have battled the Suns all series, hopefully they sneak one out in the end.

First time in this forum, but living right out of Dallas I have been a huge Mavs fan for many years.
Jason's suspension will seriously hurt our hopes of defeating San Antonio tonight but it'll be an amazing game regardless.
I can't wait for the Mavs to win this series. The Spurs have been a thorn in our side for so many years and I absolutely have no idea in hell what to do when watching Ginobili; I'm conflicted between cheering for my fellow countryman (I have his NT jersey), and swearing at him like everyone else here does.

Well, I heard and read this nickname several times, it's even part of a Terry wallpaper on the Mavs homepage.
http://www.nba.com/media/mavericks/Jet_Ter...allpaper_lg.jpgAs for the Mavs-Spurs game yesterday I have to say that I am absolutely gutted who unconcentrated and at several stages unmotivated the Mavs were. First half was okay, should have had a bigger lead though. Second half was awful, I got no idea why they didn't continued to force Duncan, Bowen, Parker and Horry with their 3 fouls apiece at halftime in even bigger foul trouble. Also Darrell Armstrong should have got more minutes for the very nervous Harris

.
Dallas played either too fast or too slow, they weren't in the right offense system for my liking.
I expect them to lose game 7 now, it is all set for another Spurs - Pistons finals series I believe.

It is well known that defense wins championships and since Detroit doesn't have too many scorer it's the best way for them to challenge for the NBA title when they play big time defence.
They couldn't compete in close shootout games in which both teams score around 120 points IMO, but with their limited offense they do a great job of keeping their opponents in the 80s and 90s.
This is the main reason why I believe that Detroit is the top candidate for the title. They don't need to score 100+ points like Phoenix, they could also well slow down the other 3 remaining teams.
Meanwhile Detroit and Dallas have equalized their series to 1-1 each, looking forward to win a game on the road and steal the homecourt advantage back to Detroit/Dallas.
Very nice for the excitement IMO.

the Heat should win....I can only talk from looking at highlight s via internet......but the Pistons are too fat....theyve been here before and acheived their goal....there is no hunger.....Miami on the other hand....has old players and young players willing to fight.....the same feat that befell the Spurs shall happen to Piston as well...the Dallas shall take the other one because they actually have something near an inside presence....In the Senegalese boy....Diop....and the final shall go to Miami..because Diop is no match for Shaq Diesel......
by the way....team like the Suns are ruining my second favorite sport.......what happen to the days of the Knicks and the Pacers or even Jordan and Olujawon....that was quality stuff....you know since when is contact not allowed in basketball....what have they changed the rules???....it is ridiculous...basketball is a man's game......football is a man's game.....so let them play like men....allow contact and allow two-footed tackles....the gamnes will improve ten fold
