Here's the PDF version, but each page is a document for the pdf converter trial reasons, and also the video after which the guide was made.
By the way, the valve thing has been proven by Ronaldinho, Totti, Beckham and especially Roberto Carlos who did that amaizing bend with France in 1997.

Well to be honest, I'm only 14, when i was 9 i didn't know how to hit a ball beause I was 24/7 on my PC, and now i'm not even at a football club. The secret is that I'm clever. For 4 years I've been using my Pc only for football because I love football more than anything. I'm also a PC wizz. And I just download vidos or read guides, I study them, I practice outside, and then wright it down an post so that verybody learns what I learned. Like this freekick guide. I mean come one, nobody except I knew about the 45 degree angle. Is so logical and visibile in videos. And the ball's valve. That was a tricky thing to discover. I read about it in a forum, and nobody knew if it was true. So I downloaded/captured videos of Ronny, and I notice that he always positions the balls central line (on the T90 Aerow Ball) in line with hes instep. And I was wondering why. So I searched on E-bay pictures of Nike Aerow Balls, and surprise.....surprise..... The Valve was on the central line, and on the impact spot of instep-ball. And so, the valve mith has been proven. I also studied stepovers, how to fake them properly, so I watched Robinho doing the Pedala (the 8 stepovers in a row) and I noticed that he moves hes shoulders back and forward, thus making the fake way way waaay better. But the thing that caught my attention for the past 6 months was the Elastico. I studyed many many videos for at least 200 times, and know I can do the elastico sleeping

. And in this way I became one of the best football players in my hood, from the Pc nerd, and all my classmates that are in foootball clubs told me that theire coaches want to see me imediately. My nickname is now Ronny or Ronaldinho junior. Sorry for my life biography, but it just....came out.
hey zizou, i saw the first reply, that said how do i know so many about freekicks, and it's okay asking mate, i don't mind. Don't have to edit.

Mee too!

I don't have time right now for nothin'. I'm in the 8th grade and i suck at school so until june I won't have time to hang aroung with you guys or play football, but I promise that after June, most probably in July i'll get to work and start the Roberto Carlos Guide, and then an ultimate dribbling guide, which will be focused on dribbling correctly, like perfect stepover faking, or perfect Elastico very very probably with high quality videos. But as long as I have a little free time, and I hang aroung SP, anyone is welcome to ask me questions, tips etc. regarding dribbling, freekicks.

i feel embarassed, learning soo much from someone who is 14.. i am 16 btw, and gonna be 17 in april... i used to be like u to be honest, on my computer until i played footy... i watched david beckham soop many time taking free kicks, crossing it etc that like you i became really good, now ppl call me backham in school and teachers asking me to come to training, but i hate my school teacher he is a arsh1le so i never showed up.. i need to get into a club, and like u, casue of my computering i am not in a team, depressing
anyway, thanks alot for the free kick guides, i will definatly practice tommorow before i go on holiday
thanks!

Well mate, in the past couple of days, I went outside almost everyday about 3 hours a day practiceing freekicks cause winter past here in my country Romania, so it's absolutely perfect outside now. And as i was sayng, I practiced alot and now i just can't believe this is me. I mean I don't know how I take my freekicks but they have alot, I mean alot of power, and in the last second it dips under the bar, although on the center of the goal cause I'm crap at aiming for the corners. And as I sayd, my FK are amazing. I think I'll get my hands on a neighbours video-camera soon so I can record them so you guys can watch them.

Well mate, the elastico is very very simple, believe me. You just have to know how to do it, i mean the steps, and then practice. So I uploaded a high quality video with ronnie doing a elastico in slow motion so you can learn how to do it, so all you have to do then is just practice. I did the same and in about 4 days I ways doing it perfectly. So:

Don't worry, you will see me, but I don't know when cause i don't have a freackin' camera

, only my neighbour has a camera but he's a d*ck head and he wouldn't let me borrow it. But anyway, until then, I uploaded a better elastica guide, with two videos, the first being the one posted earlier, and the second being a side to side elastica, not a diagonal one, made by Ronaldinho against Chelsea in the Champions League this season:

I will post a guide to do Beckham's free kick on friday if that's cool

danaldinho, i agree that there are other ways, however i would say although david beckhams ways are very good indeed, i myself do a split between ronaldinho and david beckham style... however i must say for the past few seasons defintley since david beckham moved from man u, and i am not a man u fan, his free kicks have not ended in the net as frequently as they used to, a shem really becasue he is very taleneted
your guide would be most appritiated and i shall look at it with great intrest 2morw

beckham uses a very open footshape when he take his freekicks to create the most spin. ronny on the otherhand uses almost his big toe to create the power with the spin

Jun 27 2006, 07:33 AM
yer i notice that, it would be way harder doing it becks ways, because i tryed it alot of times at training and it needs alot of practice..
thanks for this tut, im free kick taker for my club and ive learnt alot that i didn't know about free kick taking thanks alot mate....
but what wat areas should be for accuracy and which areas should be for pacey kciks, because i get confussed sumtimes in wat i should do, if im quite far away from goal i dnt know wat i should do, power or accuracy...
would u be able to help like, in wat ranges wat i should do like just say...
18 - 25 yards = accuracy or sumthing like taht so i can just have ruff idea...
cheers mario
Dandinho
Jun 27 2006, 09:13 AM
I like to use the Beckham technique because I can get alot of power and curl on it and accuracy but it does take alot of practice...if you've ever seen a Rivaldo free kick it's a bit like beckhams but with less curl and a shorter run up - I do this on my left when it's far right and seems like it's the better option
however for further out I like some one to take a touch so the ball is moving and strike it like a long shot - through the laces...if it's really far out I try and lob the keeper by aiming for one of the corners just under neath the bar

I will start making one very soon, it's just that i have been busy having fun

playing football cause now i'm in the 9th grade, so i had to study in the 8th for the exam and didn't have time to go outside. It will be a guide with different dribbling moves, and how/when/where to use them. It's aimed for the playmaking midfielders.

Amazing really.. I did try today in my usual footy practise and it did spin. However I am facing difficulties in timing the runs with the 3 steps (small, medium, and big steps ) but I will get that right with more practise.
The best I came was when I hit the post.. it spin so nicely and every one was shocked..

I can take free kicks like that. Put them 15 metres in the air and they dip like a bitch in the last 5 or so yards. Thats exactly how i kick them. 2 steps back, get the feet moving, smooth motion, lean into the ball, wrap your foot around the mid section of the ball, then fall away from it to add the curve, dont try to hard and it just flys of your boot. Ive only had two free kicks in that range this season, one went over the bar, it didnt dip and i wasnt focussed then the other one made everyone jump on the sidelines and missed over the bar by 10 cms 2 feet from the top left. I plan on scoring one this weekend.
