I just ordered the beckham pulses from them and I didn't receive a confirmation. Is this common for customers? I'm hoping that they will just show up on my doorstep soon. I live in the US so I dont know if it will make a difference because there were things having to do with credit card numbers that people in Europe have but in the US they don't have.

They service is defo much better than PDS IMO. The only annoying thing about them is that they dont call customers if an order gets delayed or if something is wrong regarding payment.

From what I've heard, the price is cheap and the service is pretty reliable. And if you are willing to pay them more, they are willing to ship overseas too.

Im from aussie and bought a pair of cyber F50+ for 30 pounds because i asked them if they could lower the price cos i want to buy a few pairs from them! Shipping cost me 6.50 pounds

gave great service to me. i ordered at pair of black/yellow f50's they were delivered pretty quickly, unfortunatly they didnt fit and sent them back and that was no problem, gave me a full refund and it was paid back quickly.

ya, im from the US too and i just ordered a pair of absolutes last night and i didnt get a confirmation either. do you have to tell them that you are overseas? or what?

Did they respond to that letter. I was also thinking that if they shipped my cleats that they would have billed visa and I am going to check out the statement tomorrow to see if they did. Keep me posted on your experience.

They run a good service imo.

I ordered a load of stuff from them on a Thursday, and it was delivered to me (London) Saturday AM.

One thing I would say is that they give you relatively little info concerning your order- ie no despatch email when the order had been sent out. So I had £150 worth of gear sitting outside my door for a day! But other than that, they're good and all the stuff I got from them was boxed and in fine condition.

-Firstly, if i'm sending to Islington, how long would it take?
-Do they send any emails to you, like order confirmation.
-When they deliver it, do they knock on the door, and if you're not there, do they take it to the post office or leave it at your door?

Pre odered my absolutes and recieved them on the release date. They are very cheap and the delivery is via courier so if you are not in they will either be at the post office or you might have to give them a ring fr them to send them again. I thought they did next day delivery?

Is it better to phone them or order on the internet?

Being from the US, I almost sh!t myself when i seen the price. The cost for the Predators and Vapors was unreal. I ordered a pair for myself and a buddy of mine on my club team. Placed the order on the 31st.

I agree with the lack of confirmation on orders, but Simon is a good guy and should have no problem telling you about youe orders status.

I recieved the shoes 7 buisness days later and was very happy with the service.

Most of my questions were answered but are the sizes for their footwear US size or UK and how much extra is it to ship to the US. Also, How long did it take to get your purchase to the US.

They don't rip you off for postage. They charge exact list price. £6.50 for Uk postage and £17 for postage to the other side of the world. Not bad IMO

I guess i can handle the 17 GBP for worldwide shipping.
