It looks like UEFA.com will allow free access to the audio commentary they provide for CL matches today, and tomorrow. In order to use it:

First, go to http://www.uefa.com/competitions/ucl/index.html#

Then click the word 'MATCHCENTRE' just above the list of matches. This will launch a pop up window with all the matches of the day. Click on one of the matches that you want, then click the link on that page that says:

Audio Commentary FREE!!

It will not work until just before the match. They often have more than one language available for each match, depending on the teams involved.
