Oh I read the whole article.
Here's what really happened:
Totti was driving around Rome, and this police officer came to ask him for an autograph. Then Totti for some reason went out of the car, punched the policeman in the eye, and the policeman fell down on the sidewalk, and then Totti towered over him and spit in his eye.
Then Totti, overcome by a sudden bloodlust, uppercutted a nearby woman. She screamed in pain but Totti only laughed. He then went into his car and drove around, and at this red light he waited for everyone to start crossing, and then totally drove over all of them. He hadn't stopped laughing after beating up the woman, and now his laughter became hysterical.
At this point Totti decided to up the tempo a bit. He went into a gun shop, and bought this machine gun. Then he wondered where to go. The Lazio training ground was a very tempting target, but he opted for the main police station of Rome.
So then Totti proceeded to main police station of Rome. Once he got there, he entered inside very cool, calm and collected, and seeing the metal detector at the entrance, headed straight for it. The metal detector went crazy and started emitting frantic warnings. Everyone looked at Totti. Totti only smiled and pulled the machine gun and said "Say hello to my little friend, coppers!" and shot all the cops. After they were all dead, he threw the gun contemptuously, went back to his car, and drove home.
No one made a fuss cuz Totti is so popular in Rome. But, yah, if you are a policeman looking for a job, go to Rome...
True story.
If Totti's comments are anything to go by and Roma's fans attendences to home matches this season Roma actually hate Juventus more then Lazio. Strange but I think it is true. 65000 people turned up at the derby, Roma was the "home" team so the majority of fans in the stadium wee Romanisti. 68000 fans came to see Roma host Juventus. Intresting since hardly anybody in the crowd was a Juventus supporter...
Your story is true, I loved it!
