How much does it hurt to play in sg boots on hard ground? all my exteam mates did it, i was the only one with 2 pairs boots. But i really want vaps, and im not allowed blades. What do u guys suggest?

I think maybe the SG studs on Vapors might hurt more than others because they seem to be so long...

I wouldn't recommend playing in SG on firm surfaces tbh. If you're totally stuck play in astro's or get a cheap pair of FG's.

SG on FG is a PAIN!!!
I used to own a pair of Kaisers SG, and I happened to forget my pair of Copas FG for a game.. WOW, the bilsters I had by the end were simply amazing.. never again did I forget the right cleats for the right pitch.

Personally I wouldn't. If I had to wear one pair of boots they'd be FG (Adidas TRX FG) because they are the most versatile.
Just noticed you're in Gnosall. I'm at Stafford Uni.

I really think you have restricted yourself alot in the modern boot market by not getting leather or bladed boots. Most classic bots have studs but also leather, bit most new boots are synthetic and have blades. There are alot of options, like AZT, but not too many.
I think you're almost trying to force the small crystal slipper on, and it doesn't fit.
Why exactly can't you wear blades or leather?
If you aren't, because you are scared of damaging others, think about the fact that you will be hurting yourself by wearing SG boots on HG.
In the past, you asked whether FG vapours count as blades. Perhaps you need to ask yourself whether you're following these rules because of what you think or believe in, or your father or whoever.

wearing SG on FG is sometimes an alright idea if they are blades(pulse, absolute, etc.) and not studs(copa, vapor, etc.) the studs would give you way too much pressure on small parts of the foot while the blades would even it out more, but you arent allowed blades so yeah...

I don't recommend it, i played on hard ground in my F50+ sg, and although they're blades, i did my achilles in and i wasn't able to run for 4 weeks, and even after that i had to be very careful. Go buy a FG pair, i bought myself a pair of Air legends FG to cope with the harder pitches. Serious injuries can result

I do it all the time although they aren't on HG pitches. And i agree with BurtonBoards on this, the adidas SG blades work fantastic on FG but the conical SG studs on HG are absolute KILLER on your achilles and calves.
I don't see the big problem with cutting others up with your studs...so what, it's their problem not yours...survival of the fittest i say!

yeah i actually had SG vapors once and the ground had to be absolutly soaked for them to be comfortable to wear, if the ground was just damp, it was killer and blisters galore
