Are the a3 absolutes synthetic? it says nothing about leather on pds, and on ebay it says microfiber.

Any help? thet dont look like leather either

ive seen a pic on ebay of them and they look like leather too me...but i may not be right if PDS says micro fibre if might come in both and they only sell synthentic

no idea why you'd pick synthetics over K-leather, but anyway, why limit yourself to absolutes? no way the absolute A3 will perform as well as some "actual" synthetic boots, even the Umbro X 200.

coiz im vegetarian, i dont buy leather. anyway, ive tried umbro, lotto, but they dont comfort me as much as nike or adidas.

i didn't know vegetarians didn't buy leather? i thought they jsut didn't eat it....

oh well.....i dont really like those A3 they look bad to me. i did like the pulse A3s tho.

wow joaquin17, im a vegetarian/vegan. the only things i eat that comes from animals is butter. h/o, i do use leather and shit. ive been a vegetariano my who long (13 years) life.

err, i don't see how buying synthetic shoes eases your conscience joaquin. i mean, all adhesive used in the production of sports shoes has horse in it, so synthetic boots still have "animal" in them somehow. i personally i find it morally robjectionable that you'd first think about the animal the shoe was made of before the hapless kid/woman/man in those horrible sweatshops who made them.

that said, do you need the boots now/sometime soon? if not, i'd recommend waiting (and saving up) for the tunits.

oh and they now use water based adhesives, and leayher is more damaging to the environment because of all the chemical preservatives. AS for the helpless mother child labour comment, that happens anywhere and every where and its not in my power to change that at the moment. im not playing on astro in bare feet!!!!! im sorry if that seems heartless, thats not my intention. And why kill kangaroos? its not as if there is a big demand in the meat iondustry for thehm , cows however...

As bad as the heel looks, this particular A3 system from Adidas is AMAZING. I have a pair of running shoes, and they blow the shox out of the water. The most comfortable running shoe i've ever worn (all 3 pairs) I can get over the looks if they serve their purpose well.



Honestly, Synthetics are 100X better than K-leather IMO. I only wear my cellerators and Umbro X200 now. I haven't touched my new legends, and my pulses just sit on the rack. I'd sell them if they weren't personalized. The touch and feel of a QUALITY synthetic can't be beat. Especially in wet weather, or sh**** muddy fileds, the touch is always the same. Synthetics NEVER get water logged like leather boots. There is practically no upkeep on synthetics, IE chelsea, polish, etc. I can't say the same for leather. This is just my opinion, and we all know that opinions are like buttholes, everbody has one, and they all stink.

Kangaroos are a pest because they eat the grass but in addition to that they also eat the roots. Thus a group of kangaroos whipe out a field of grass in no time. Kangaroos are a pest to the farmers because they compete with the cattle and livestock on farms for the water and grass. Seeing as australian farmers get their pay from selling beef, sugar cane, ect.

I don't think we're going to turn back on the movement to get rid of the kangaroos in the problem areas as you can now buy kangaroo meat in the supermarkets.
