RedDeus
cans of spinach.....and lots of it
modern era

Chad'
Curl = very easy

rodinho11
practice and u have to have that gift

thats how u do it

lol
RyanB
practice and not come to a forum asking:D good luck!
uh?
After the game he said, that he hit it with the outer 3 toes (little toe, ring finger toe, and middle toe).
soccer4life_7
i read sum where that he said the ball was also really light and kinda flat so he had to hit it with more power.. newayz it was a rocket

I heard that as well I would rather find out how that guy in the MLS scored that thunderbolt freekick even better than Roberto Carlos'.
Stella_7
There was a demonstration on nikefootball.com, a while ago how he does the blast and curves.
eYoonFS
carlos jus hits it as hard as he can and hopes it goes in. ur better off studying juninho's free kicks. apparently 50% of his free kicks eventually end up in goals!!!
ingvarorri
Luck played a big part in this free kick. For every 100 free kicks Carlos scores 1 goal.
daniwrighty
A few things -
He hits the ball with the outside of the foot as uh? says
He places the ball on the adaptor to get less resisitance (dunno if that works)
he kicks across the ball
...Really Hard!!

But as some guys have mentioned i think Robbie scores 1 in 40 of his free kicks!!!

curtic
years of practice and legs of steel is the answer to that question
robday
if you hit the valve of the ball it adds more air to the ball, creating a great strike.

obviously technique is still the most important aspect of it though
TC
Hitting the valve of the ball? What?
random897
Supposedly if you kick the ball where the valve for pumping the ball with air is, it creates more of a curve on the ball as it is heavier on that portion of the ball.

His free kicks are dead easy, as are Ronaldo's style of free kicks. A challenge is taking one like these guys

Torreeeees9
Crazy goal, fucking hell !
I can't believe how he does that! ohmy.gif
