as we now have lots of strong ties in the CL, which do you think is the strongest?
honestly, i think that chelsea vs barca will be the strongest but arsenal vs madrid will be more entertaining to watch because it will be an open game....

The strongest is defenetly Barca - Chelsea imo.
But Bayern - Milan and Real - Arsenal are very strong pairs too.

Nah it's definately Barca and Chelsea. The Champion of Spain vs. the Champion of England, Drogba vs. Eto'o, Puyol vs. Terry, Ronaldinho vs. Robben, Messi vs. Duff, Deco and V. Bommel vs. Lampard and Makelele, Rijkaard vs. Mourinho, Laporta vs. Abramovich ok I'm getting a bit carried away here. So you see my point Visca El Barca!

Chelsea-Barcelona is the highest quality game with the best teams. But expect Chelsea to stick all 11 players in the box while Barcelona do all the attacking.

Madrid-Arsenal could be exciting. Both teams under achieve in the league but are capable of playing good football.

Werder Bremen could be very exciting. Wereder have more goals then any team in Europe in domestic play. They are fighting an upfield battle and will go all out to win the game. And Juventus could be exciting if they attack.

Ajax and Inter are two good attacking teams.

Benfica-Liverpool will be boring, Liverpool are playing.

And Rangers are not good enough to make a game exciting.

Will be the best 2 matches in my opinion. I have a feeling Madrid - Arsenal is going to be a really boring match.

It's very tempting to say Barca/Chelsea
But Chelsea will be forced back into their usual 9-1-1
This will just kill the match
The best thing that can happen is an early Barca goal
That way Chelsea has to come outta the shell

Sergio, if nobody told you. Liverpool's playing Benfica in the round of 16, Juventus is playing Werder Bremen.

Chelsea/Barca is great on paper, but may turn out a disappointment to watch. But clearly, these are the two best team paired together.

Bayern and Milan in close second.

Real vs Arsenal is going to be the most entertaining, two teams with bad defence and amazing attack and indiviual brilliance.

Don't underestimate the Rangers-Villarreal ties either...

Rangers are a Scottish team, full of passion and fight, facing a Villarreal who are flamboyant and extremely talented...

Rangers are also beginning to put together a very-useful and pacy front 4, so if this game opens up with an early goal, it could be goals galore....

And, expect the winner of this tie to be the tournament Dark Horse

I certainly don't underestimate that tie^ IMO its the third best one in the draw .

To be quite honest mate, its the typical knockers of Scottish Football that are saying that the Rangers-Villarreal tie will be crap....

We shall see what Europe thinks of Scottish Football if their beloved Champions League trophy was to be threatened by a Scottish team

I am quite sure that rangers could win the CL if they really put their minds to it. Its all down to the fact that the majority of footballers vastly underestimate the abilities of SPL teams that IMO could be their downfall.
